Not a 3 star hotel. Rooms standards were too low. Noicey surrounding. Lot of homeless people a block away from the hotel. The stars are only for Convenient location close to major attractions, free parking available on site, and good staff/ security.

Nice, spacious rooms and the towels were made up and changed every day. The service at the reception was excellent, I had a problem with the suitcase and they called me immediately when it was delivered to the reception. Excellent location with free parking.

It’s a good hotel for the price. Location is good and easy parking, I was freezing at night though. You can hear your neighbors through walls but it happens in every hotel I have ever been to this is why I am using ear plugs all the time.
