Cool building. Parking area was easy just right behind the building for $15. Great for private events

It is my second office. Naturally I am giving it a 5 stars rating ?. But sticky speaking you got to come and enjoy this place, it's a unique building, it has a gothic feels to it

Plenty of work space & the convenience to be in such close proximity to the in-house Waroeng Iboe Los Angeles cafe for some java and snacks. Lots of sunlight and space to move around within The Deco building.

From The Deco Bldg
Designed by renowned architects MORGAN, WALLS, & CLEMENTS (The Wiltern, El Capitan, and Mayan Theatres) in 1929, the Deco Bldg was restored by award-winning conservator architect Xorin Balbes in 2005, preserving the vault and vault doors (originally home of Security First National Bank) as featured in movies. Acquired in 2016 by Artha Graha Peduli, an Indonesian Foundation, this black gold art deco landmark is adorned with intricate details and high ceiling. Now, the Deco Bldg has been transformed by HEXI (House of Explore Indonesia), since 2022, to be a community hub, co-working, events and filming space, also home to Indonesian American creative businesses, mini mart, coffee and food pop-ups, with many public programs.
