dying branch of a failing chain - how about staffing the place (14 minutes wait just to place my order) or unlocking the front doors so that customers can enter from the sidewalk? entry through the trash staging area is not a great way to start the morning

I just wanted a bottle of water. I stood in a line for 20 minutes (more servers, please) only to be told, "Oh, we don't accept gift cards." ???!!! WTH?

I've read different comments about the staffs here at Coffee Bean and I should agree that something is not acceptable. First of all, I came by today to grab my Cafe Americano that I normally buy wherever I go to any coffee shop. Camilla the girl who was the only person available asked me what do I want. And when I told her "could you please give me a cafe Americano?" She asked me do you want latte? I said no I want cafe Americano and she said there's two different kind and she doesn't know what CAFE AMERICANO is. I told her Starbucks and Tous les Jours sells those and anywhere how come. She even answer back that Starbucks is different from their cafe store. I said yes I know that but all coffee store knows and sell cafe Americano. I even told her if she doesn't know what it is don't argue with a customer. The bottom line she has an attitude that she doesn't need to be working in a customer service environment. She needs to learn more and if you don't know just say you'll ask someone to assist. Good luck to this branch no wonder comments are accurate on this branch.

You don’t get your drink right and they’re a little mean here. All the coffee beans around have been closing down so I’m not surprised why.

Poor grade coffee brewers. They don’t drink it nor do they seem to like it. Could be a lot better but no one seems to care. Staff friendly but not coffee savvy.Recently went again since I shop in the super there. A crafted latte that was the worst ever. Just get a tea bag. You know what you get!

I ordered one latte and specifically asked for a decaf Americano and if that was possible. I was assured by the server Elizabeth that it was. I paid and then noticed the receipt said 'Reg Americano'. As my husband can't drink caffeinated coffee I double checked with the server Elizabeth if it was definitely decaf. She yelled at me extremely RUDELY that it was, like I was stupid. I then waited at the end of the counter for my coffee. I checked if the Americano was decaf and the guy that made it said "no it wasn't". I said that's because it said 'Reg' on the receipt right?? He quickly re-made me a decaf coffee. Very disappointing service from Elizabeth.
