I recently moved into the Brockman Lofts approx. 5 months ago & Love it! As a New Yorker, this really feels like home. Thanks to the Assistant Property Manager, Michael, I have the perfect apartment, and so grateful & will definitely renew my lease. Thank you so much for everything! Mike is also Fantastic, always there to help. Zee is a great property manager. My experience is the best I have had in LA, and so grateful I like at such a awesome property!

The Brockman Lofts are a must see and consider when looking for your new home. Not only are they spacious and elegant but the people who keep the place running and the community that makes it up are both stellar. No complaints. Everything you could be looking for in a downtown apartment. Love the cute rooftop and how Mike is always thinking up fun events for the residents. Truly a wonderful experience living here!

They’re always positive, customer focused, and always always doing the best thing for the residents. I’m absolutely blessed to call Brockman Lofts my home.

Me and my boyfriend loved the Brockman lofts. The valet was awesome, always on point and Mike was definitely the coolest leasing agent we’ve experienced. Every time we would go downstairs he was right there to ask us how our day was and even tell us about upcoming events around the neighborhood. Brockman lofts was a great place to live if you love a cool layout, parking, and the best location to live in dtla. Then this is the place for you.

We love the Brockman very much, and in fact, moved back after leaving during Covid. Love our corner apartment! Miguel and Santiago are just so helpful with the valet parking, Vince (maintenance) is awesome and fun, the security staff always there for us and most important to mention is Mike ~ what can we say other than Mike is the very best leasing and front desk person we've ever had. He will go out of his way to do anything to make residents happy and he always has a big smile and cheerful disposition. He adds so much to our fantastic experience of the Brockman.

I recently moved back to LA from SF. The entire move was chaotic and stressful with the Brockman Lofts being the single best thing that happened. Mike and the entire team haven been extremely helpful throughout the touring, application process, move in, and have continued to be amazing in terms of addressing all questions and responding to my requests since day one. Having a solid management team is the most important thing to me when it comes to selecting a rental building. Not only Brockman Lofts has the best team, its location cannot be beat and the units are beautiful and spacious. I’m happy being a resident here and I highly recommend this building to anyone that’s searching for a place to call home in DTLA!

My experience leasing at the Brockman has been amazing! Mike has been very helpful and kind every step of the way, from the first call to present day. He truly cares about the community and it shows. The building is beautiful and has many features that rival similar properties in the area. The maintenance team is also great and is very quick to resolve issues.
The Brockman has definitely been my best renting experience and I would recommend the building to anyone looking to live in DTLA!

I just have to say, the staff here is awesome and they go out of their way for you. Michael always has a smile on his face and is fun to be around. Mike has helped me from the very beginning. He made these apartments look so cool and attractive. From his charming, upbeat personality to his genuine kindness. I just adore him. Maintenance is also great and as soon as you put an order in they take care of what you need right away. Vincent has always been so kind and caring to me every time I see him. I genuinely adore and care for everyone that works for The Brockman. I highly recommend this place! Not to mention how beautiful this place is and how friendly everyone is in the community!
