I walked into the local ASPCA office and there’s a Hispanic girl sitting waiting for her direct deposit check to kick into her bank account. She just would not help me at all and the online system that they have is totally ridiculous. Waking people up at 5:30 in the morning to be ready to try and schedule an appointment for their pets to get spayed or neutered it’s impossible. You never go in these people should be Taking to court or reprimanded so unprofessional.

I run a sober living facility and one of my clients had left and took off and left their kitten behind at the house unfortunately I did not know they had it and we are not allowed to have animals on the property I want to bring them to my local ASPCA office and they would not accept the kitten and told me that cats are free-range and they will not accept them anymore I think that's absolutely ridiculous this was a defenseless little kitten who has never been outside a day in his life

I thank you for having these programs for a low-income person. The only thing I don't like is that the volunteers give necklaces and treats to certain people, like those who are their friends, and they don't give anything to someone who is with their dogs. They are so. Selfish people take up to 7 collars on a single dog instead of sharing with the other dogs, that's what they're supposed to make donations for. I don't know why there must be people like that in places and it's not for nothing but dark-skinned people always give everything to their race and abuse of power, the person who was giving everything to his people was wearing a shirt that said Hopics

They take good care of your pets and help you the best they can, they cut their nails, they give them vaccines for rabies fleas, they are very well cared for and they speak your language, if they don't understand, they try to seek help from other people, thank you ?

I had brought my female (mom) and male (dad) cat here for spaying and neutering services and they recovered fine with zero complications. I kept one of their kittens from their litter before I got them fixed and Tuesday 4/30/24 it was the baby’s turn. I brought my orange tabby (their son) for the same service and he died earlier this morning, just six days later, from complications from his surgery. I’m so devastated and I don’t know what happened. I guess if you use the voucher and bring your pet to this location, there’s a chance your pet may die like mine did. I regret getting him neutered. He was only a year old. I’m going to miss him so much :’(

Very effective and they treat pets very well. They only have one problem in being able to have an appointment. It is very frustrating. You cannot get it.
