We have been having our taxes prepared by TPSLA the past few years. They are very professional and work to provide the best outcome for clients. Rose has been my go to person the past couple of years for my taxes and my aunt's. She explains everything very thoroughly and makes the process easy.

I have left numerous phone and email messages concerning a matter that has been pending since last September. I was told twice that it would be handled and not to worry about it. I have since received two threatening letters from the IRS which indicates the matter has not been touched. I have been a client of this firm for over 40 years. I cannot believe how unprofessional they have become. Additionally, all of the online information has been outdated for months. They need to get their receptionist, Rose, back in the office. She made sure things ran smoothly.

You have an employee by the name of Mohamed Elhendi. He parked his car in the middle of the road blocking a few cars including my wife's in order to go to the ATM (BofA in Irvine) when there were plenty of parking spots. He doesn't apologize, tells my wife "Yea yea, i'm moving" and then has the audacity to give my wife his business card from YOUR company...what, out of spite? What type of people do you employ? If you're getting services from here, definitely don't work with this guy.
