Writing this review for employee Raven Marie.
This employee commented on my business page on Instagram, for absolutely no reason, insulting my client saying “it’s giving cross eyed.” For no reason. Raven was not a client. We have never interacted with prior to this conversation.
When responded, calling her out for her hateful and bitter comment, she called me racist and a white women for, again, no reason. I am neither white or have made a racist comment to have made her say that.
Upon checking her profile, she represents this business on her page, I’m making a review because I think her behavior is unacceptable and it promotes bullying and this establishment should reconsider having someone like this represent their business.

The ladies here are professional, explain everything clearly and answer any questions I have before filling. I have been a customer for a few years and they have always been consistent with great customer service. Raven, has been extremely helpful each year.

I’ve been assisted by Tax Legend going on 3 years now & its safe to say as long as Ms Raven is in business I’ll stick beside her! She has been reliable, answers questions I have & gives me the real! Before tax legend, I would file at different places every year. Now I've been filing a tax legend for years! Raven and her staff are the best. They go out their way to return your call text or emails. If you have any issues or concerns with IRS they are helpful all year around. 100% recommend tax legend!

You have to be vaccinated to get your taxes done here. I don't understand the point other than them discriminating. If they don't understand science then I don't trust them with working on my taxes.
