Literally everything at this location is behind a security lock. $3 bars of soap. Make up. Contact solution. MOUTHWASH. Can’t pay their workers a living wage but they can spend their time locking up three packs of underwear. Absolutely ridiculous that Target does this to “deter crime” when they really just want to criminalize being poor.

NO changing tooms for the whole store. I was told it's because we're short staffed. But you can always bring them back and exchange them. NO, if I could try them on, then i wouldn't have to make a second trip. PLUS only two, yes, two cashiers, next they'll want us to unload the trucks and stock the shelves. Going downstairs to Nordstrom rack instead.

I just came for a pick up order... After 15 minutes looking for a parking spot (I drove for six levels on a parking building) I was forced to pay $6,50 for parking.Even worse, I couldn't get my parking validated nor my pick up order, because Target had a wrong schedule online, it closed at 9:00 while google maps said 10:00pm. (i got there at 9:00 pm)!This experience at "Target" was the worse.

I bought air mattress eight days ago from downtown los angeles target store and i noticed a leak so i called and ask if i could return for a replacement and they said no…?! The only way to return is if i have a receipt or the original box.. how was i supposed to to know that it would break after eight days?! however i threw it away and dont have it. They said that was too bad and there was nothing they could do. They would not even help me find the receipt i know the date and time and even entered my reward number. i was there and they should have some sort of way of finding out. But they said figuring out your self lol. I NEVER gonna go target EVER AGAIN.

So, my son’s birthday is coming up I decided to get hot wheels. as I enter the store I notice a whole box of those cars in a pallet, I politely ask a employee if is possible for me to buy the whole box. She went to customers service and talk to 3 more employees and they said that yes, but I need to wait for them to push it out so I agree. A hour went by the put the box In a cart so I went and ask again and they give me a whole different story. So at the end I wasted 1hr of time for nothing. They should of told me from the beginning that they weren’t not going to sale the box.

It was very clean inside. Also if you need a cup joe while shopping, you can always head over to Starbucks and the staff there are friendly and great at making drinks. Perfect everytime, no complaints.

Big target but no way to bring your cart past the entrance to your car, not a good place to go if you have to carry a lot as it’s about a 200 yard walk to your car, through a mall

This department store is located in a very bustling plaza in the center of Los Angeles. It is located on the basement floor. There are often merchants in the basement. There are many shops, clothing stores, restaurants, pharmacies and cafes here, so there is a lot of traffic. Parking is not particularly convenient. There is a parking lot opposite. In addition, there are a lot of things in the department store for a fee. The attitude of the waiters is also very good. Shopping here is very convenient.

We like to come in for supplies and before we go on road trips. Close to us we like to walk here. Haven't had any issues with costumer service or cashiers

This Target is tricky to park in. 5th and Fig. The entrance is in Fig. But the staff once you get parked is super helpful in getting your merchandise to the car. Also, it’s a lot bigger store than you would guess, with well stocked shelves and very clean.

Less than a week ago someone walked into this location, grabbed a knife from the knife section and STABBED two people including a child. The knives are STILL accessible?! Meanwhile detergent and makeup etc are locked up.... There was also no security visible and as I was leaving I finally saw one walk to the entrance. This is a dangerous area and Target has not increased their efforts to prevent something like this from happening again. WTF

Has single serve cupcakes for sale and their the best and you may even get the best experience experience from staff. For sure the best in the financial district.
