They closed down the self checkouts and don't have enough registers open. I've currently been in line for 20 minutes

Consistently bad. Desperately needs new management.1. There are often no carts available.2. They typically only have one or two checkout lines open on either level. Doesn't matter what time of day or if it's a weekend or pre-holidays. Average wait time in line can be over 10 minutes. They rely heavily on the self-checkout lines, which you can't use for certain items. 3. Regularly out of stock on everyday items.

Never setting foot in this Target again. Came in for a simple EXCHANGE of some towels I previously bought on sale. I got a twenty something in customer service with an immovable Instagram face who seemed overwhelmed with what I was asking. "I want to exchange this color of towels for that color." The manager stepped in to briefly help but her GAF level was also subterranean. Their policy was that they don't do exchanges, only refunds. Um, okay. So they refunded one set of towels and had me repurchase the other set. AND IT WOUND UP BEING a $2 difference more. When I asked the CS rep about it, she just shrugged and said that "Target is always raising prices." Like nobody could grasp that a simple exchange should not cost me an extra $2!!! Frustrated, I opted to just leave instead of wasting my oxygen explaining basic addition and subtraction to mouth breathers. The Macy's in this shopping plaza closed for good and I can't wait for this Target to get shut down too. Store is a mess and constantly under stocked. Employees don't care. It's sad because a few years back this used to be my Target of choice. Spent several Black Fridays here. Those days are long gone.

Cougar mountain tree Lot now open 10am-9pm. Best tree lot in town in eagle rock plaza. I work here during the season. Come on through.

No self checkout...no 10 items or less checkout and only 2 cashiers at 10 AM. What a dump, with 30 people in line.

I really like this store and plan to return regularly. My only reason for giving it four stars instead of five, is because the last time I shop there among the items I purchased were two bottles of Ibuprofen PM. This was in November. When I got home. I looked at the labels and saw that both bottles had expired 3 months earlier. Fortunately I was able to return an exchange them with no problems.

ZERO STAR! Did a drive up, 5-6 hours wait. And when ready and ready to pick up in the parking spot, we waited for another 1 hour. Very poor customer service. I called 11/2/2023 between 2:30 pm through 4:00 pm for more than 45 times and Nobody answered the phone (323) 258-1355!!! Please go to glassell park and Glendale galleria location instead of going here in colorado location.

Wow, there was an overwhelming amount of tumbler cups to chose from, there were very affordable ones at $5.00 for a set of 3 light weight cups with lids and straws and then there were more higher quality but much more expensive cups. Thankfully, i was able to find the right cup for my son to use during school.

Convenient place to get groceries from, especially if you didn’t find what you’re looking for from the other grocery places nearby. Clean restrooms are a plus too.

1. ANSWER YOUR PHONE 2. Train your employees to be able to look up if you have something in stock. TERRIBLE customer service, had to drive here to find out your website is wrong and you don't have my item in stock. Wish there was a phone number that someone answered so I didn't have to drive all the way down here.

Got great service. Ordered a long table online and the pick up people were very nice and went and got it in my cart. Then they radioed a nice young man to help me get it upstairs to where my car was parked and he even helped put it in and made sure I was able to fit it into my small car. Great service and sweet young people!

This is a mile away from my home. I go here a lot. They carry almost everything…Only thing that’s missing is a natural hair color (Avigal henna), that I use. Most people use chemical box dye (which they have) so I don’t think henna hair dye would sell at Target. If Target carried organic yellow corn tortillas, they would sell. I will keep asking them to start carrying them.

Target is a well-known retail giant that offers a wide range of products, from clothing and electronics to groceries and home goods. I've had consistently positive experiences shopping at Target. Their stores are clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The variety of products they offer is impressive, and I appreciate the option to shop both in-store and online. One of Target's standout features is its commitment to affordability. They regularly provide competitive prices and run promotions, making it an attractive destination for budget-conscious shoppers. Additionally, their RedCard program offers additional savings and perks for frequent shoppers.Target's customer service is generally reliable, with friendly and helpful staff. I've also found their website and mobile app to be user-friendly, making online shopping a breeze. Their order pickup and same-day delivery options add convenience to the overall shopping experience. While Target offers a wide selection, some may find that certain niche or specialized products are limited compared to other retailers. However, for everyday essentials and popular brands, Target is a go-to destination. In summary, Target is a reliable and accessible retail store with a diverse product range, competitive pricing, and convenient shopping options. It's a great choice for both everyday needs and occasional splurges.

Worst Target I have ever stepped foot on. My pick up order that is supposed to take only 2 hours to process was not ready by the time I arrived to the store. The guy working the pick up area told me that it was taking 4-6 hours for pick up orders to be fulfilled... all I ordered was a shirt. It took me 2 minutes to find the shirt I wanted so I cancelled the order and went to check out. There were only three registers opened and the lines were long. Self checkout was closed. Needless to say I walked out of there without my item that I needed this afternoon. It's a shame that the Target closer to me didn't have the shirt I wanted in stock. Would've saved me from this nonsense.

I see today that Target has posted signage at the entrances to this store that states that soliciting and any non business activities are forbidden. If that’s the case and Target specifically mentions that Target has a long-standing policy that prohibits third-party solicitation and distribution at our stores nationwide. To provide a distraction-free shopping environment for guests, we prohibit solicitation and petitioning at our stores regardless of the cause being represented to the fullest extent allowed by law.If this is true then why do they allow these teenagers to solicit and panhandle (ask customer for money to help schools to support buses, sports programs, etc. I was asked on my last visit for donations and when I said I’m sorry but I can’t, the little SOB demanded to know why not. Run these little disrespectful ghetto POS off and tell them to stick to their own communities and demand donations there. On two different occasions the same ones have spoken rudely to me and in both instances it was black teens. Im beginning to notice that this pattern of behavior seems to be typical.Update 8/31/2023:I haven’t seen these punks soliciting at the store entrance lately.Upped the star count to three. They can’t seem to keep disability carts available. Always claiming that they get stolen. Maybe they wouldn’t if you put more effort into policing things. It’s hit and miss. What a damn joke.
