This is my go to Target. Isaiah was super helpful today and even offered to price match some AirPods. The lady with glasses and long dark hair in customer service was not helpful at all. Isaiah saved the sale. He's polite and a problem solver. I come here at least weekly and spend a ton of money. Nice to have an experience with a helpful member of the team.

These mfs take forever, literally 1 hour for 3 item pick up order and make up dumb rules for order pick up.They refuse to give me my order bc they wanted my id when it clearly states on the app that I just need my barcode for pick up. The employees have attitudes for no reason and are lowkey racist. Had to call the manager to get my order

An associate helped my price match the Xbox s I bought for my son. I placed am online order and shee was able to return it for me with a price match that saved me $55.

The person whose name is ANGEL. He said he's a manager, Just , I want to say I haven't seen like him very very UnHelpful and unprofessional person with the worst customer service in the whole of my life . Because of him this branch of target in the Beverly connection losses too much good customers.

Free parking is available for up to 1 hour only. Some prices are more expensive than other ticket locations. It's quiet and there aren't many people, so it's convenient for shopping.

I go to this store daily. I’d expect better customer service. To single one person out specifically: The lady with the long gray hair with glasses that typically works self checkout is the rudest lady at your store and needs to go or be spoken with. I will constantly show up in self check out and it doesn’t matter how many items I have she always questions me and targets just me in line stating I have more than 10 items. I consistently tell her no and to count and she refuses and then says it’s fine. I’m so tired of her doing this every time I go. She’s incredibly cold and should not be working with people. I’ll get her name next time I go in and file a complaint. Does target want me to buy items or should I feel guilty for buying them? I’m not going over the 10 item requirement yet anyone else can seem to have 20 items and it doesn’t matter.

Perfect location. Loads of underground parking. They have a Starbucks at the entrance- friendly staff but they could add more staff to the sales floors. Clean and organized.

customer service always a disappointment. looking for a hassle. visit the return desk. i purchased a LG tv $400. sucked. always looking for web connection. I'm returning it. youtube and Netflix. is always stuck. annoying

Friendly Target staff but definitely low variety of products. Most stuff is also locked up so if you are in a hurry this may be something to consider when it comes to availability.
