It's well lighted and easy to find things but there is no staff around that is welcoming or helpful. The cashiers are polite. The opportunity is have more of a presence especially with more expensive items.

The person whose name is ANGEL. He said he's a manager, Just , I want to say I haven't seen like him very very UnHelpful and unprofessional person with the worst customer service in the whole of my life . Because of him this branch of target in the Beverly connection losses too much good customers.

customer service always a disappointment. looking for a hassle. visit the return desk. i purchased a LG tv $400. sucked. always looking for web connection. I'm returning it. youtube and Netflix. is always stuck. annoying

Friendly Target staff but definitely low variety of products. Most stuff is also locked up so if you are in a hurry this may be something to consider when it comes to availability.

Store opens late. Can't find anyone in the floor help you with any products and the customer service agents at the front desk wanna argue with you about sale? It's cheaper online than stores go to target. I don't shop there at all. They're rude.

This is so far my favorite Target in the area! Very spacious, abundance of products with good selections & variety, pleasant environment, and decent employees. Customer service could use an improvement a bit, but overall - much better than other stores. Will most certainly return to this store!

Oh I love this Target. Super clean, and convenient for me. Super nice staff. And usually not too busy when I go, which is more often the middle of the weekdays. All in all, a great location.

Typically a good location, but the fact that I was told that I can't price match online prices is absurd. First time in years that I have ever had an issue. The white male (probably 5'10-5'11) had the nerve to tell me that Target only price matches in the same county. Well I went online to verify that something had changed and it hadn't... So mister try hard (and clearly incorrect, as I verified on Target.com) Manager... you are wrong and now you get a 1 star review. Hope that dollar was worth it. By the way, this location NEVER has hand sanitizer or cart wipes for customers to use. They always tell me that they are out. They have the little kiosks all over, but they are always empty... this Target location is really cutting corners.

This target validated our parking but when we went to leave they claimed it was not validated so we had to pay when we in the parking lot for 16 minutes total. Figure it out....

This Target has not gotten any better. I want to start off by saying the Starbucks employees are great! My order is always correct and delicious and they have great customer service! I stop here once a month and every time the target employees are rude. You'd think they'd notice that I'm a regular but instead each and every time I'm followed by security. They're even rude to my senior grandmother! The customer service desk is almost always empty and you have to wait forever to get any help. I had a return for a retinol toner recently that burned my skin unfortunately, it was $15, I used it once and had my receipt on my target app to scan and the manager just put my toner up against the light and stared at it for like 5 min or more it was so weird. Like I have my receipt, the bottle is full, I only bought it 2 days prior so it's not beyond return date and I was honest that I'd tried it. It's as if he thought he had an option to not accept my return, as if target corporate would care about whatever opinion he has. As stated by other reviewers this target does not price match its website. I chatted online with a target rep that told me the store should absolutely be price matching the website if I show them the price on the app and they issued me a refund online. Also there's never anyone at the fitting rooms! Like there's security following me around everywhere but the one place someone should be monitoring is empty. I only come here because my grandma is close so it's convenient but honestly WEHO location is so much better! Also, I don't need to steal from Target, they give me free stuff to review all the time! Ive been a target bullseye member for years. Target as a company has been wonderful to me I'm just so sick of every time I go to their stores lately I'm treated like a criminal, why pay more to be treated like that when you can pay less at Walmart and just have em check your receipt on the way out?

Customer service with target was so helpful, an employee was able to help me find what I needed with a timely manner. I decided to finish my shopping off with Starbucks and Joshua always makes me laugh even on my bad days it's always fun to have a conversation with him. He really knows how to make the cappuccinos good as well, I rate him and his barista skills a 10/10 and would always come back to this store.

Visited the Starbucks and the customer service was good. The store shelves were bare but got lucky and managed to find the one item I actually needed floating around on a random empty shelf. The cashier at the self checkout wouldn't price match the target app. Flabbergasted as to how target is a corporate company and will price match other major retail stores but not their own. Ridiculous.

You know--the only reason I make the trek to this particular Target every so often which is not near me or any place I normally go is because they always have plenty of stock on discontinued items I love after all the other Targets in Southern California and online are sold out. Why do they have stock in this particular Target when the others are sold out? It's because this Target, located in a highly congested area of Los Angeles has the worst parking garage of any business in the United States bar none. If your car does not get damaged, it will take you 15 minutes to get to a space on the Target level and 15 minutes or more to get out if you can even figure out how to get to the Target Level in the garage or get to the ramp that leads to the Exit. Don't pay for parking until you are at the gate--you don't know how long it could take you. But I like the crazy parking here because they have stock no one can get to, or wants to attempt to get to--so don't change the parking to make it easier for shoppers. Keep it as painful as possible. PS: They validate parking here for 1 hour. The machine is near the registers after you pay.
