Tailwashers Grooming is the best. Bree did an amazing job on our girl and Ernie went above and beyond with our male. The male is hyper and has separation anxiety and Ernie was very gentle and made him feel safe. He even helped with an atypical grooming issue but stopped short when he thought it should be looked at by a veterinarian. We appreciate that very much. They both look, feel and smell wonderful. Thanks Tailwashers!

I loved giving our beautiful Penny a bath here at Tailwashers. It was so much easier than doing it at home. The staff is always so friendly and there to help you in any way. Thanks for the great experience!

Only complaint is their limited selection of hard food and wet food for cats - its obvious that their selection is of high quality foods that are meant to be good for your pets to eat. However, these food brands are all quite expensive, and I usually do a more affordable - but still quality - hard food to supplement good wet foods (like science diet). I either have to go to a second store to save money which is a huge drag, or spend quite a lot on pet food.

Visited once. The Larchmont location was out of the item that I was looking for. One of the employees at the Larchmont store called the Hollywood location and asked them to hold the item for me, which they did. Just like the Larchmont store, the people at the Hollywood store also were friendly and helpful.

I used to love taking my cats here for a nails trim. I don't know if it changed owners or management, but as of a couple years ago customer service has gone down. Customer services is very inconsistent, some employees are friendly but most of the front desk employees are rude and curt. As stressful as it could be to work there, customers are bringing you busines$, not sure why the attitude. I've decided tp go to a different grooming spot. Also, it is interesting how they are responsive to all the good reviews and no accountability for the low score reviews.

Overpriced for a small dog grooming. It took me a while to write this review. I only visited few times here and I am not going back again. The part where am having trouble is where they cut my dog's front foot. It would be appreciated and helpful to inform your customers that you guys accidentally cut the dog therefore we can take immediate action. Took me about an hour after I left the groomers to encounter my dog had been hurt. The area was covered by his hair and I have noticed that when he was liking it. Mistakes and accidents tend to occur but being upfront and honest would help tremendously. The worst part I noticed that after I came home they did not gave me his report cart. I thought they forgot but it appeared that they erased the evidence. So that overpriced grooming doubled after a visit to the vet to prevent infection. To all, please do your research and ask questions before taking your pets for a grooming or daycare. Yes, the reviews are real.

Today was our 3rd times coming here for grooming and very happy! Brick & Mortar: Beautiful, clean, quaint and functional! I have a feeling that they thought about everything when they designed this place. From to "push" the door inward, so if there are dogs in the property they cannot just slipped out of the door, to the gate that separating the waiting room with the working area inside. We can see the self-wash area along with the crates where they keep the pets. I just love it. Parking: I've came here from early morning (8.30A) to afternoon (2P-ish). Always easy parking. They have several spots for drop off and pick up only. Definitely made it so much easier to get parking. Employees: ALL of them are SO nice! Very friendly and very personable. I love them ALL!Check out employees: I never gotten the names of those who dealt with me on the phone and the check in & out (cashier) area. But they ALL are super nice, understandable and really helpful! Thank you all. Groomer/Stylist: I've always worked with Bree and Krystyn (today for the first time).These 2 ladies are just so pleasant and very gentle in handling my Bella. And not only they're nice, but they also professionals! Just look at my Bella's picture and video of her lush hair by Bree.Request & Result: Today is a total different request to Krystyn; Bella just passed her bladder stone and in treatment for UTI. Her vet asked me to let go of her long hair on the bottom part of her body (chest + tummy). Hence, why I booked Krystyn for haircut + full bath, instead of just a normal full bath with Bree. Got there in the AM, Krystyn was out there with a smile and just had a great communication on what we need to do for Bella. Left Bella there and got the call about 1.5 hrs after, that Bella was ready to be picked up! When I saw Bella, it is exactly what we had talked about. Krystyn really on point on everything, including her paws!!! I am very happy, appreciative and thankful to this place. No matter who I was in contact with, ALL of them always delivered a consistent results on top of he amazing communication skills!After this 3rd visit, you have won your forever client!

I must say,it's nicely maintained and managed Pet facility.This was our third visit in last month with very Positive outcome for ourselves and our pet Zara (Labrador mix)who enjoyed her bathing as well.Furthermore my congrats to stuff who's workspeak for itself.Thanks again guys See you soon M.M.

They usually have well stocked shelves, and they're mostly helpful and pleasant. But, the other day I went in to buy a 30 dollar bag of dog food. The cashier/customer service guy asked for my phone number (per the rewards system, I have not seen any perks yet, I've been shopping there years). Anyway, I tell the guy my number and he asks "are you from San Francisco?" I said "yes, have you visited?" He flatly states "I'm not a fan" i tried to excuse his rudeness with a joke "oh, I'm sorry I brought it up". Really tacky, rude, and strange. I just want my dog food and maybe pleasant small talk. I'm unsure I'll be going back.*I was contacted by the store manager and I'll continue to be going back. I appreciated their call and concern

Please fix the attitude of your employees . Make sure you’re not taking your dog there if you don’t want to end up dealing with dogs anxiety, dehydration and completely messed coat.

Had been taking my dogs there for 2.5 years .
After today that will never happen again. Absolutely sad and devastating experience. Dogs spent 8 hours in there and all what had been done is a complete shave. Groomers were given instructions but they were COMPLETELY IGNORED. Should I say that 2 of the pups who stayed longer were dehydrated because they’re not giving them any water. Also extremely rude employee at the front desk. She’s been working there for a while- always dismissive, rude, inattentive. It’s not the first time they’ve messed up but before whatever issue we might have it would be resolved in an amicable way. There is no way I will recommend this place, I’ll also make sure that this business will have less clients.
