I have had only great experiences here with the pet salon. First full grooming was with Ernie and second was with Nicole. I have a high anxiety senior dog who hates so many things (nail trims, his face being touched, brushing etc). Ernie and Nicole treated my special boy with so much sensitivity and care. They were also nice to me listening to my requests. My little boy was cut and groomed beautifully! All of the reception staff were also extremely polite and nice. Thank you for taking care of him. The store is completely awesome too.

They are always so good with my puppy. Since he is a puppy, he can be a bit skiddish at times, but I love that they take the time to have him warm up to them so he is calm and more trusting. Would definitely recommend this place for grooming!!

friendly staff and great selection of quality food. would love more specialty frozen raw diet options than the usual, if anything, but it's not a complaint.

Groomers are nice - don’t trust the front desk staff. We visited every month for almost two years and the last visit was a disaster. They mistakenly canceled our appointment instead of another customer’s and then fabricated a wild story to cover it up. When we showed up for our appointment the front desk told us someone (claiming to work for us) called to cancel our appointment. We spoke to the person who called (the other customer) and confirmed this wasn’t true. They still saw my pup and kept her locked in a cage for hours before her grooming. The grooming was bad and clearly rushed. My dog was visibly upset from the experience and depressed for days after.I will never come back.

I love this shop. All the staff is so friendly, every time I've been in. The zero delivery fee for the times I can't make it in and they way they give my pup a treat and had great advice on food. Super appreciate having them so close!

They usually have well stocked shelves, and they're mostly helpful and pleasant. But, the other day I went in to buy a 30 dollar bag of dog food. The cashier/customer service guy asked for my phone number (per the rewards system, I have not seen any perks yet, I've been shopping there years). Anyway, I tell the guy my number and he asks "are you from San Francisco?" I said "yes, have you visited?" He flatly states "I'm not a fan" i tried to excuse his rudeness with a joke "oh, I'm sorry I brought it up". Really tacky, rude, and strange. I just want my dog food and maybe pleasant small talk. I'm unsure I'll be going back.*I was contacted by the store manager and I'll continue to be going back. I appreciated their call and concern

Tailwaggers is pretty good. They have the things that I buy and also the things I don't buy. My cat is the Liz Taylor of cats. She likes what she likes and she doesn't like what she doesn't like. The only problem I have with tailwaggers is all the clerks greet me happy with big smiles when I come in.That makes me feel uncomfortable in Los Angeles.Los Angeles is the Dark Nau of towns. Ask Charles Bukowski's Ghost. He hangs out downtown south. At the post office

I used to live not far from this place. I had an Staffy named Sophia that they refused to see when she was very young, because she was a "pit bull."
