I went to this location to get a number transferred and traded an old phone. Aga was the one who helped me with it. Everything went smoothly for less than 10 minutes. Thank you Aga for giving a friendly excellent customer service.

I wish I could remember the name of the young lady who helped me out this day, but she helped me set up business account and I got an iPhone 15 and my Internet set up that day as well. She was able to get me a good deal my services, and I was very happy

Waste of time. Unless u are planning on buying or upgrading your phone T-Mobile won’t help you with your phone! They are not qualified first of all. I am not getting my emails and I have been a very good customer for years and I get treated like trash whenever I have an issue. When my phone is payed off I’m done. Every T-Mobile is like this. I have important emails m not getting and this is nuts.

I was really going to rate this store with only one ⭐️ due to the bad treatment and attention by Miss Jesseell V (mobile expert). This lady was so rude in attending to me; I even felt intimacy for her arrogant attitude and I could say a little impulsive...I approached her for the second time; because the first time she didn't pay attention to me and she called her partner to take care of me... after waiting for a while and I saw that no one was coming to take care of me I asked her if she could take care of me ... tell her that; it was like a trigger for this lady. With a rude tone; uneducated.(You can even see them on the cameras when she started attending to us and even threw her work table on her work table)... omg ... what an unpleasant and a little scary experience.I think she would get a little education such as serving customers and customer service; I hope she can improve.On the other hand, the manager took charge of the situation quickly trying to help me and it was he who was in charge of my problem; he was looking for the best solutions to help me; I really appreciate your help Joseph Díaz.

My wife and I came in to switch from our previous carrier to T-Mobile, and the service we received was exceptional. Landry B. was knowledgeable, friendly, and an overall pleasure to work with. What could have been a major drag ended up being fairly straightforward with Landry's guidance. If you come to this branch, definitely seek him out.
