I would never recommend this company to anyone. It employs incompetent people. When connecting to this office, the employee took a $70 deposit from us and said that it was refundable, but in the end they did not return anything to us. Then they promised to make the tariff cheaper more than twice, but both times they gave us the same invoices. Today I spent two hours talking with the support team trying to get my deposit back, but all in vain. The general manager, Jessica, simply suggested that we contact the store and try to get our money back there. And at the end she added that in general we are no longer clients of this company and she sees no point in helping us.

When I went into the store in January 2023, the manager who was "helping" me added items into my bag and onto my bill without me asking for them. This included a tracker (that was included in my monthly bill - a payment plan for something I never asked for) and an Apple wall plug. I did not find out until after I returned the phone less than a week later (because the bill was much too high) and tried to return the extra merchandise, where another associate told me I could only receive a certain percentage back. During my initial visit, the process itself took over an hour and the manager was unable to transfer my phone number to my new phone the same day - so I had to be without a phone overnight and return the next day. I felt taken advantage of and completely disrespected after this experience. My phone had been stolen the day before and I very much believe that the manager was taking advantage of the situation. And after all of this, I ended up having to go back and forth with T-mobile customer service via phone just to have them send me an accurate bill as they were trying to charge me for a month of usage when I had only used the phone for five days. Overall, I will never do business with T-mobile again and routinely advise others not to use this company. Nevermind the back and forth with customer service over the phone, since they were very kind and trying to be as helpful as possible. It is my interaction with the manager that has stayed on my mind for this long - it is absolutely terrible the way he snuck items unto my bill without my knowledge and with a smile on his face.

This store is such a scam lol, they charge you extra for an in store payment? Plus the workers that day looked lazy and unhelpful, I was paying my mothers phone and she got suspicious when I corrected her and asked for my ID and said I was unauthorized to help, this location has always been weird and unprofessional in the past they have also insulted my mother, this place just hires anybody.

I had an awesome store rep here that helped me on my newest purchase. Ask for Zara!! She was soo helpful, nice, and made the process quick and easy for my boyfriend and I to upgrade our phones. So happy with my new phone! Def loved the location!

Austin was the guy I worked with today. He was great and told me everything I needed to know to feel comfortable about my purchase. Even though it got pretty busy while I was there.

I went well within the store hours and the employees didn’t even allow me in the door. When I asked why, I was rudely told they’re aware of the store hours but they were under-staffed, even though there were three of them inside not attending to any customers. Why would you give business to a company that begins its service this way? This experience swayed me to not switch to the T Mobile carrier.

This is a franchise store, not a corporate store. Don't waste your time. They won't help you with anything unless it directly profits them.

Not the best experience in all my T-Mobile visits. There was 2 reps and 1 other customer besides me. One of the reps was on the phone, I imagine helping the customer there but the other rep was on the tablet. Not sure how busy she was but I waited for about 20 minutes. Another customer walked in and 2 minutes later the rep previously on her tablet started assisting the customer who had just walked in. I felt ignored so I just walked out. People might say; why didn't you speak up but why should I have to say something if they clearly knew I was next in line?
