This location is full of liers and inconsiderate assholes. I went in there and was told there is $600 deal for the Google pixel with a qualified trade in. I was told to go fix your screen and they will do the trade in and it will be there for a while. I went through the trouble of contacting my insurance company got a new phone spend 100 dollars and went back there within less the a week and was told that offer has expired for a while. The some puto ass bitch did not seem interested in helping at all and seemed like he just wanted to get rid of me. Should of got there name. Don't recommend this store, they have a discrimination culture running this shithole.

I got on the chat with a representative with ONE simple question: What is the price for the Magenta plan for one line? She asked me all sorts of questions and most of them had to do with streaming and Netflix. She kept going on and on wanting to know how I stream, with what device, if I had a Netflix account etc. I told her from the beginning that I was not interested in the entertainment features of the phone. She sent me a form to fill out online. I had to create and account with a password etc...Come on! I only asked a simple question and after a 10 minute chat I still did not have an answer. I closed the chat window. Frankly, I did not have a good feeling form them.

First, T Mobile has the worst signals among the carriers I have used. Some places like my rural areas have zero signals. Second, T mobile customer service chat has a long wait time. I waited more than 40 minutes to talk to a customer rep online. Recently I purchased 3 months of their international pass for use when I had a temporary stay in Europe. It cost additional $50 a month. In the end of 3rd month, my phone was suddenly locked by t mobile for the reason of roaming. I called them, their reason was "Your phone was Blocked because it had roaming 2 billing cycles among 12 months". My question for them is: if only 2 months roaming are allowed, why t mobile charged me 3rd month international pass? is the international pass supposed to be used for roaming?

All I can say is wow! The manager Mary O. went above and beyond to help me with issues with the voicemail. She did everything she could, then she called tech-support, and was eventually connected with Apple. I had tried talking to tech-support and Apple and had no luck. It took 2 1/2 hours in the store but it was finally fixed. Honestly I've never felt so well taken care of at T-Mobile before and I've been a customer for over 12 years. I have two business lines and it's frustrating when the visual voicemail wasn't working. I honestly can't let a huge side of sigh of relief out now. Mary is the type of employee that you guys definitely want to keep happy and on your team.

Lucero was able to help me change over my phone. She went out of her way to make sure everything worked before I left the store. Each time I come into the store, the staff handles my questions in a professional manner.

Terrible location, they do not have any Apple products that you can look at before purchasing. They also do not have anything in stock. I purchased a 12 this week and it is not working properly and they told me to contact tech support. Then i purchased an IPad that was promised to me on Sat. It’s Sat and it hasn’t shipped yet. There is no determination when it will be shipped. I ended up canceling the order. Worst experience ever for these expensive products.

I had been promoting tmobile for years. Totally unaware that their perks and options are ONLY AVAILABLE TO CONTRACT ACCOUNTS. I was under the impression they rewarded customer loyalty, nope, only if you also sign a contract. You would think that being on autopay for years would avail you some of the perks but, no, it does not. On customers service chat, I was given a prepaid 800 number to call to handle my issue. What the heck, so even customer service is for CONTRACT ONLY ACCOUNTS ALSO. As they promote , no contracts, they dont divulge, that, if you dont sign one, things like referring friends, payment plans for phones & customer service are not available to you. So, in other words, to get all they offer YOU DO NEED TO SIGN A CONTRACT. Totally deceiving. REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN TMOBILE. They just lost a long time pre paid, autopay customer. Youd think we would be their best kind, we pay up front, & it's never late. Maybe they make more going after people who break contracts, who knows. Just really angry right now that I've been paying them and promoting them for years only to find out nothing they offer applies to me.

I have been with T-Mobile for over 15 years, the level of customer service has gone down hill BIG TIME!!!! This company misrepresents, misinforms the consumer to earn an extra buck!! When you finally figure it out, it's too late and they will not honor the error on their behalf. Absolutely disgusting business practice!! You think the issue has been handled and it hasn't. Once again you must waste your time and energy making phones calls and visiting the T-Mobile store, which gets you no where. If you have a grandfather clause, which I wasn't even aware...KEEP IT, because you can NEVER get it back. The customer reps. are useless and need to be re-trained. I wanted to up my data, they took it upon themselves to change my plan. I was paying $50.00 per month and now I'm paying $25.00 more per month. I spoke to a supervisor who told me " They can't put me back on that, because of codes." REALLY!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND T-MOBILE AT ALL, not unless you don't mind being taken advantage of, lied to, tricked and deceived in every which way shape or form. Find another carrier which actually values their customers. T-Mobile has NO IDEA WHAT THIS MEANS!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!

The day before I walked in the store I called the 800 number for information about upgrading my phone , a note 10 plus. My phone was damaged . The rep I spoke to suggested that I go into a store file the insurance claim and then upgrade as the replacement phone would be used as a trade in. He also stated that I had to upgrade to the magenta plan . I spent a good hour on the phone making sure he had all the details so when I go to the story I know exactly what to expect. So I walk into the store and I was first helped by David P . He decided to provide me with correct information. First there was no point in filing a claim because my phone was paid for. That would mean I am spending 100.00 for no reason. Secondly, the note 10 plus isn't eligible for any of the promotions. So I call the 800 number because at this point I'm confused. A rep by the name of Steven takes the call. I explain the whole conversation from the previous night and what David p said. I simply asked Steven what the policy was for upgrading and if I needed to file a claim. He put me on hold for a looonnngg time . He comes back and says "yes, you file a claim and use the phone as trade in. Again, I say that's not what I'm being told in store. He asked to speak with David P, so I put the call on speaker and David tells Steven exactly what I jut said and then Steven pretends like he didn't understand the conversation we were having for over 30 mins. So then Steven supervisor Scott gets on the phone and wants to go round for another hour. David had to go to lunch so them Jacky continued helping me . I finally went with David's and Jackys suggestions on how to upgrade 2 phones. I paid more than what the customer service reps quoted which is a little upsetting. They should know their job . What's worse is Scott , as a supervisor his customer service skills are trash. He didn't apologize for his inept reps towards the end of the call he remained silent , I thought he hung up. I hope corporate reads this and provides the telephone reps with clear, consistent training. To the manager at the Los Feliz store Jacky and David are courteous, knowledgeable and personable. It was a pleasure having them assist me .

I'd like to thank Emin for excellent service and a great attitude! Absolutely great experience with him and would definitely recommend to go to him for your phone needs. Understood exactly what we were looking for and was so accommodating and willing to help out with the best promotions. Can't thank him enough!

Worst customer service. Wish I could give a negative score. Not even a customer. Someone opened an account in my name, and I spent hours trying to get it straightened around. I was put on hold for hours, cut off, hung up on, and never resolved the issues. Heavy accents from the Philippines. Very difficult to understand. Refuse to give me a u.s. representative. Will never sign up for their "service." T-Mobile should be banned by the FCC.

T mobile is excellent. My daughter worked for T mobile so I switched from Verizon. Verizon had occasional problems with reception. T mobile never has problems. I looked at the map and the coverage seems sparse but the service reception is better anyway. The staff are friendly and now Yucca Valley has T mobile stores, and I don't have to drive down the hill. My daughter has found a different job but we both still have T mobile service. T mobile Tuesdays also thanks us once a week and has some fun deals.

An amazing customer experience! We switched over to T-Mobile from Verizon recently and they helped us with ease. Lucero was the one who helped me get my new phone and she was beyond patient, understanding, polite, and made our overall experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend this store over other T-Mobile stores.
