My husband came to this location to purchase an iPhone 14 --the manager Hugo scanned products without his knowledge and charged him for an item that he didn't need then, procceded to tell him the return will hurt there sales. He sold us a phone that was open with no film around the box to only then find out the lens is foggy and every phone call was hard to hear. Less than 48 hours later, he went into the store and asked Hugo about getting a replacement since this phone is clearly damaged only to find out that he has to pay another $75. We called customer support they told us any phone within 14 days of purchase is eligible for a full exchange and/or return. The customer service at this establishment is terrible and I wouldn't recommend doing business here. I trust the Yelp community and should have just listen to the other reviews on here and you should do the same. We should boycott this location until they get another manager. Absolutely appalled.

Came here to pay my bill. Dallana was so kind, practicing such patience and professionalism helping an older gentleman who didn’t seem to understand the difference between free public Wi-Fi and data allowances on his device/plan. Kudos to Dallana!

Great customer service from Hugo Godoy! Had answers too all my questions and also gave me information about items that I didn’t know had certain features that I was very interested in! And left with more then what I went in for and I also got a high speed car charger that was completely worth it!! I highly recommend this store! For the record I been to all the valley stores I’m from Burbank and Hugo knows what he is talking about!! And I didn’t wait too long there for there service, I was in and out with everything activated and ready to go!! The 5g works like a charm for my sons Gaming and watch is super cool for times like these gives a parent a peace of mind! Thank you Hugo

I went here on a Sunday with my Mother In Law and Father In Law for Sprint promotion for a phone for upgrade for free. Jennifer assisted us, and also Hugo. The transaction is smooth and fast. Tho Hugo is assisting Jen for the process. They were nice and giving an excellent customer service. They informed us that the phone will be arriving in the store on Wed or thu. Called on a Thursday 1pm to ask if the phones arrived cause we didnt get a phone call from them but we were not sure cause my inlaw's phone signal sometimes are not good in out apartment unit due to the fact that we live in the 1st floor. Anyhow. We spoke to a man on the phone, and he said that we need to call the 611 or 661 number to track out phones. Cause we should have a order number or email confirmation. On Sunday they never gave us a order number or asked for our email. I called the 661 or 611 number but they said they cant see the order that we made last sunday which upset us. Cause we got worried. 30 mins to 1 hr later, hugo called that the phones arrived. We immediately went to the store and Hugo apologized and explained the situation that happened. I do appreciate staff that sincerely apologize or explain their mistakes. It takes guts or respect for people to do so. Usually staff only blames it on the system or other people. We need some honestly every now and then. We were able to get the phones today smoothly. And I do recommend for you to be assisted cause It looks like he knows a lot or maybe senior already on this store.

I was at thos store last week and let me tell you it has the best customer service I have seen in a while!!!!...Hugo was so helpful he went above and beyond my expectations.. to top it of he speaks Spanish and he actually knows what he is talking about... best experience ever it was worth the drive !!
