Horrible customer service !!! MONIKA, MANAGER, she is just horrible. Daniel, a sales associate is lack of professionalism, and he is unmotivated and unknowledgeable for his customers. I went upgrading my phone, instead ended up paying my bill with two transactions with fees - Of course, it is NOT DUE day YET, It should be one transaction, but they charged differently. I had to pay $5 each transaction. Which is so messed up situation. Beginning, Daniel said I have $1,000 credit for trade-in my phone and get a new Samsung Galaxy 24. A few minutes later, he said I had to put down $250 deposit to get a new phone, plus I have to pay my due balance. Which is NOT TRUE. BECAUSE I called customer service, representative on the phone, she said I don't need to pay my balance. It's a words game!!!!! He is confused by himself. Monika, condescending and bad manner! If you are in retail, you know at least customer service. She is unfit for being a manager. I had asked a few things, WHY do I have to put down the deposit to get a new phone. Then she rolled her eyes with a condescending voice she said What is the problem?!" I was about to change and upgrade my phone, but both Monika and Daniel killed my vibe. Not only that, I feel deceiving being a T mobile customer. I was with T mobile over 6-7 years, and I never felt like this furiously intimidated by the sale associate in store. I left the store immediately, NOT UPGRADING my phone. I don't know if I keep being a T mobile customer or I would probably find a different phone company. Please DO NOT GO THIS location. Save your money and go some place else.

The store has no diversity, is unprofessional, and lacks customer service support. The Tmobile worker walked past me three times and ignored me. I had to ask him where I need to sign in, and he caught an attitude and aggressive. I was only there to drop off my device as a trade.

Alex (Alexander) was very friendly and professional! He told us about promotions, answered all questions and helped us to get a good deal. It was nice experience!

Daniel and Ricardo M. are the employees to look for at this store. I have to say that the employees at this store went above and beyond to help me solve an extremely unusual situation with T-MOBILE. Daniel and Ricardo M. knew/understood something was wrong and understood me as a (customer) and the importance of having my phone line active, something that no one else at T-MOBILE customer service was able to do for 7 days. They were patient and took their time in explaining every detail when/for a service they are providing.

Great customer service from this location. At the time I went in, it was well staffed so I was helped promptly to address my issue and have it resolved fairly quickly. Definitely will go back to this location in the future as I have been to others where it can take up to an hour to be helped. Hopefully will be able to work with Andres again as he was very easy to work with.

Even tho this is the closest location to me, I avoid it. There are def a couple of good workers, but the bad ones make it impossible.Here's just 1 example: I got a replacement phone and needed my info switched to the new one, but Smartswitch wasn't working for me, so I had to go into a store.A girl was helping me, and everything was going perfectly. Then, some guy who works there came over and out of nowhere, started belittling the girl helping me, then claimed he was taking over.As soon as he touched my phone, he went through my pictures unnecessarily(gross) and then completely botched the transfer. I had to take my phone to another location and have them redo what he screwed up, but he messed things up so badly that some of it couldn't be recovered.He had no reason to come over to me or to be rude to the woman worker or to take over other than to feed his starving ego.That's just one example, but the same guy is consistently a problem and a creep.

Great service, appreciate the thorough explanation and response to all my questions from Alexander, gave me an awesome promo when I went to upgrade my old iPhone.I would suggest you go to this location, people are friendly and greet you when you walk in making you feel welcomed.

I visited the T-Mobile store with the intention of upgrading my phone and comparing deals with Verizon. While T-Mobile appeared to have enticing promotions, I was disappointed by the lack of customer service provided by the manager or salesperson, Ruth.Regrettably, Ruth did not seem motivated to engage with customers. There was a noticeable absence of explanations or assistance; it felt as though she simply wanted to conclude her duties and leave. Consequently, I had to actively seek out every detail and put in the majority of the effort to acquire my new phone.As a long-time loyal customer of T-Mobile, I had higher expectations for the service I would receive. However, on this occasion, I left the store feeling dissatisfied. It is apparent that T-Mobile should invest in further training for their employees to ensure a more positive customer experience.Additionally, I observed that Ruth lacked knowledge about the available plans and promotions, often needing to consult another employee who spoke Spanish to address my inquiries. This added to the frustration of the overall experience.Regrettably, I have decided not to return to this particular T-Mobile store. I would advise others to explore alternative T-Mobile locations or consider Verizon, which is conveniently situated nearby. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement, and I encourage Ruth to take this as an opportunity to enhance her performance in serving customers effectively.

They sent me an email to return my useless 5g gateway there, when I arrived at their store they wanted me to take it to UPS! I insisted that they take it and after I raised my voice the manager finally took it himself to a nearby UPS store. It's their product, why can't they accept it at their store?
