Saturday 02/10/2024 I went into the store to upgrade my phone, the only phones that I had always purchased was androids, So I was looking into purchasing an iPhone, at the time I was running short on time, and I thought maybe I can figure this thing out on my own, but to my surprise I was wrong, for a few days. I hate it this phone, so I decided to take it back, But the Mobile Expert (Meka Polidore) Who sold me the phone, Set me down and walked through the process step-by-step, I like to thank her for having the time and patient to walk me through this, if I could give her 10 stars, I would, she was very friendly and accommodating to my needs and I really like to say thank you for having someone like her on your team, The next time when I upgrade, I will definitely come back and ask for her assistance, (THANK YOU MEKA POLIDORE)???????????? The Worst Customer Service I have ever received as a TMobile customer, we had to ask the guy who served us what his name was because he didn't even introduce himself, he told us his name was Cris, it was an extremely uncomfortable experience, he didn't even explain to us what he told us. He was charging for picking up the phone, he left the bill on the table and left, he offered me a bag and I said no because I noticed his discomfort and lack of time for customer service.

I came in to get a new phone the sales person didn't intrudes him self I found out his name by asking hin Cris Martines he was not professional like other T mobile that I been he needs more people skills didn't explain nothing about my new cell phone iPhone 15 didn't ask if I had any questions very bad services with this sells person from 1 to 10 I'll give him a -5

Helpful and quick to say with authority no pics in store HA no expectation of privacy in public if I had a suit and tie on I'm sure there would be no problem a store full of cameras and my camera is not allowed I'm an investor in T-Mobile you should realize no customer in the pics so make it make sense scared of cameras in a public place ill check the CFR and check with corporate trustee be careful about your feelings and watch out for discriminating against customers it won't end well now my 24 million viewers know that this location will discriminate.

Yesterday, my partner and I visited the store to upgrade our phones, and from the moment we stepped in, we received a warm and friendly welcome from the entire staff. Christian, the representative who assisted us, was an absolute godsend! He displayed exceptional professionalism, went above and beyond to provide us with extensive guidance, and patiently addressed all of our inquiries (and trust me, we had quite a few!). Our overall experience was nothing short of outstanding. We wholeheartedly recommend Christian to anyone seeking exceptional service - make sure to specifically ask for him! His dedication and expertise deserve recognition, and we believe he is a valuable asset to the team.

I came in today to do a warranty exchange and as soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by the whole team. I immediately was helped not only by one but by 3 other employees. Everyone seemed to be very helpful and worked well as a team. Isaiah was the person who helped us throughout the process and was very pleasant and knowledgeable who made the exchange very easy. Not only did we get the warranty exchange but we also walked out with the home internet. I can't wait to try it out! I will definitely be returning to this T-Mobile store.

Went in to get phones for lines that I got somewhere else and I simply wanted to trade in my phones to get the full trade in value towards the new devices. Which is why I drove down to LA and visit my family who I just added. Which they would have uncovered if they simply asked. Didn’t ask any questions or even tried to uncover anything about me.Spoke to Kennie Merino. Pretty much the first thing he tells me, is that he’s avoiding everything I just told him about upgrading specific numbers, and that I’m getting new numbers. I’m assuming he was going to delete the ones I got.Tried to have a manager, Christian C, help out but apparently he was too busy. After Kennie couldn’t figure out how to get the full value of the phone towards the devices he realized he was, “wasting his time,” and managed to talk to Christian. Not like the store was busy, AT FIRST.Christian still didn’t come out and told his rep to tell me they’re unable to do what I drove down for.Went to another location, did exactly what I wanted once they uncovered the whole scenario and I bought the guy a smoothie for any inconveniences.Guys, get me in and out so we can all go on with our miserable lives and you can get the sale you were so eager to get, in what was originally a dead store. Leave the drama and crying about not making commission for when I’m out.

Let me educate you on a Very disrespectful gentleman working at tmobile. Today I Walked in with my wife with an unlit cigar in my mouth. Was a approached by a female representative. She greeted us and asked how she may help. I replied we are here to pay a bill. While being assisted my wife greeted another representative who happens to be a family friend. While counting out my cash payment this gentleman approached me as if he had malice in his heart, looked me in my eyes and asked, "Are you smoking?" With the unlit cigar in my mouth I replied, "what?". He repeated "are you smoking?" My reply "wtf are you talking about does it look like im smoking?" He said, a customer (whom hes helping) said youre smoking". I told him, "your stupid rude and disrespectful, you are looking at me and you can see with your glasses that theres no smoke. respect your co workers more. You must dont trust your personnel, would allow me to smoke in this establishment while assisting me? You cant be that stupid. No fumar. Go back to work."After my words he turned around, walked back to that counter and continued to help them. Possibly racial profiling. my skin is bronze as well as the representative whom assisted me, my hispanic wife (she has highly fair skin- looks clear) The youngest of them was cheery and energetic. As she looked at me I waved (like the high sign on the little rascals movie) and she waved smiled and made exciting movements. The other two representatives were very helpful and friendly.

This place has the worst customer service ever. They literally talk to customer for hours and the customers don't even buy anything, is this therapy or cell phone business? They made me waist an hour of my time, they didn't even attend me at all.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! The short version: a simple bait and switch with a lucrative offer to switch over from Verizon to T-Mobile. I'm glad I checked before fully transferring over because my 3rd line wasn't transferred over (was supposed to be free). Now, they want to charge me for it and charge an activation fee, without providing proof that the 3rd line will be free until 2 billing cycles. Mind you, you only have 14 days to cancel, so if they make ANOTHER mistake, you're stuck with them for 2 years. Nope! I'd rather pay the extra money to Verizon and have friendly and honest service. I walked in here hoping they'd be more helpful, but Kenny who assisted us was extremely unprofessional. Called us over, then just answered the phone and was rude to the person asking questions. I knew then and there we wouldn't be helped properly. I was right. He didn't even try, and just said based on the notes, customer service tried to help you and they have more options than we do. I said okay, please cancel my service. Guess what? According to Kenny, they conveniently don't cancel in store, even though earlier on the phone I was told I could do so. Now, even if this were true, he could've been much more respectful, but he was rude and quite frankly seemed to hate his job. I almost grew excited about switching over, little did I know, it would just be a nightmare. I'll make sure to report to the BBB about this bait and switch. Terrible-Mobile....
