This was the worst experience. I entered the store, 12/02 at 12ish pm and I asked the lady that attended me if they had iPhone 15 maxes. She replied with no. I questioned her that I called last night and I got a Yes. Long story short they did have iPhone15. This girl was so lazy. It was just annoying to know that she couldn't do her job or that she lied that they didn't have iPhone 15s I would not want someone like this working for me. 10 year client with T-Mobile.

Honestly awful customer service each of them say something else from one another they keep giving you the runaround and overall just not very helpful.

Customer service was excellent. Caterin was nice and very helpful. Her patience and knowledge of phones help me pick the perfect device to fit my lifestyle. She deserves a raise. If your in downtown LA I would go to this locating for excellent customer service!

My parents visited the store with 2x T-Mobile sims in their phones, one working, one not. They were told the 2nd phone was too old and they would have to buy a phone at approx $150 value. They left without buying, and when I looked at the 2nd phone, the APN settings hadn't automatically applied. Once applied, the phone worked fine. Either the staff here need training on basic technical issues or they simply wanted to make a sale.

My own business lines since April 2023 my eternity falls apart and many times I have tried to speak to different tech supports all of them failing to address this issues. I write this because yesterday I spent 2 hrs for somebody to answer the call in a foreign country while I was with my client showing them properties and my phone could not connect to my supra because there was no internet. Again a few mins ago I went 45 mins without data access as well. Somebody got to fix this overload issue. If they can not handle the vast clientel t-mobile has quit. Please go back to being Nextel Qualcomm best service provider in my time.

David and Marco were awesome. I was having a really hard day both times I came in and the whole team was really helpful. I love this place. It can be hard to find kind quality customer service here in downtown. Go to this T-mobile over any other place for sure!

Alejandra was so helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Answered all my questions and made the whole situation understandable and swift. I usually get an associates that briefly but not fully explains procedures but she did. She's probably the only reason I would ever go into a store. Nice to know this T-Mobile has actual workers that are warm and give a service that makes you want to come back. She deserves a promotion

Today I went in excited about getting a iPad the T mobile representative was very rude and didn’t even asked me which one I wanted he just ran my Information and told me it would be the price give his name was David and I would not come to this location ever again.

I went there tonight to get 2 prepaid lines started and the employee Marcos gave me the worst costumer service I've received in a long time. He began talking to me in Spanish in front of my wife who only speaks English (even though I kept replying in English), telling me I should get a job at T-Mobile, showing me his bank account with supposedly a payment from T-Mobile of $2,800 dollars, asking me if I am a citizen, how old I am, if that is my wife, how much I make a month, what is my social, and several personal uncomfortable questions all in Spanish in front of my wife. I don't know if he gets a recruitment commission or what, but I am in shock at how tactless and disrespectful this guy Marcos was. If I wasn't so in need of getting this phone lines I would have left because this is beyond unacceptable. I can't believe T Mobile supposedly pays him $2,800 a week (as he claims) to provide such a horrible service.Avoid this location at all costs!
