Angie and Gris were incredible!! I have never met store associates like them, they were super helpful and took their time to help me upgrade my plan. If you are ever in DTLA, ask for them!

Just wanted to come on here and give credit where it’s due. I walked in to get my phone replaced when I met Kenrick. Immediately he showed a great amount of knowledge, expertise, and customer service.Kenrick informed me on how I could get a replacement for my phone by submitting a claim when I told him I was somewhat interested in the iPhone 15. He informed me that I could get a credit with my current iphone and it would cover the costs for a new iPhone 15 if I upgraded my plan.I came back the next day and he took care of everything, from swapping my data from my old phone to the new one, and informing about what my new plan included and all its perks.Kenrick was very personable, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and I highly recommend going to him if you plan on visiting this store!

Each time I come into this T-Mobile storefront I am amazed how nice the people are and how efficient everything runs. I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for 23 years and this location is one of the reasons.

customer service none existent at this store. the ladies working here just stand around and gossip. any other T-Mobile has better customer service, wouldn't go here until all the ladies are fired or retrained correctly

The female employee with long black hair has the absolute worst customer service, do they hire anybody here? 3 females working and non of them were able to help, they were all just standing around talking crap about the customers they previously assisted. Good to know T-Mobile employs people that just stand around at this store!

I came into this store, with a dead phone, and left with a new device within a matter of minutes. after accidentally spilling my matcha latte all over the counter(!) and sliming the place, T was very kind and patient to help me clean, and get exactly what I needed. Ramon also answered all of my questions regarding plan and device options along with pricing, during an earlier visit, so that I was aware of what was available. I was not an easy case, but this team proved to be pretty heroic. Thanks again!

I came in to trade my phone and the customer service was great! Angie was so nice & helpful and got me in and out quick. Please give her a raise! Rudy & Kenrick were super cool too. Thank you T-Mobile.

I went to t-mobile on Fig and 7th they said they couldn't help me. They said go to the one in Macy's plaza. So I walked over and met Griz with her beautiful smile. She got me a new phone and set it all up for me . She is the one you need to go to if your in the dtla area at the Block. Griz is my new T-mobile expert. Thank you T-mobile for having my back. I Love T-mobile ❤️ ?

Customer service is aweful. An associate kept saying it was 10 minutes to open the locker to check if the phone I wanted to upgrade to was in stock and kept trying to push me ordering online instead. I went in 2 hours prior and was told the phone was in stock then when I went back to get it the young man acted like a child by juggling their tablet between their legs like it was a basketball and before checking said it wasn’t in stock. Then he made me wait 10 minutes while being rude along the way just to check and say it wasn’t available. I doubt he even checked and just said it wasn’t available because I talked back to his rude remarks. Worst experience ever.

Kenrick was super helpful throughout the entire process of getting internet! very easy to talk to and he knew the answers to all my questions. would definitely recommend asking for him!

They didn’t even allow me to use a charger. They said I have to buy it if I want to charge my phone. I’m existing T-mobile customer. Better go other store.
