T-Mobile. I've been a T-Mobile customer for over 2 years now. And within the last few months, I have not been able to log into my account. Uh, because he keeps asking me for my phone number so they can I guess send me some sort of code. Um, I no longer have T-Mobile under my phone, but my other family does. And with that said, I'm the one that pays. For the monthly bill. I'm also the one that was credit check was run. For them to open up the account with the lines. So today I called T-Mobile to find out if my account is still open because I received a statement saying that my account was gonna be closed and I guess they closed it. Oh, I gotta say that this is a poor business. How do they perform and just close somebody's account just like that? Well, I guess I'm glad that I no longer have T-Mobile. And not obligated to pay any bills within the more because this is pathetic. On Harvey. Perform their business. And Needless to say that. Their customer service is not local meaning in the United States, it's UH outsourced to the Philippines and the majority of the. Customer service folks on the other end are answering you from the Philippines, so there's a little communication barrier when you have to talk to them. As well. So T-Mobile needs to revisit that area if they wanna follow any advice or if they do care about the customer service that there are being outsourced out of the United States to the Philippines.

I switched T-Mobile account from postpaid to prepaid in September. I paid for September service for both accounts and they still send me another bill for September with late fee. I called and they promised to have managers to look into these fees, but instead sent it to collection. I paid collection fees and they promised that they won't send me anymore bills for the old account but 5 days later I get another late fee bill for the account I don't use since September. It seems that T-Mobile believes I have to pay for 2 phone accounts for the same number. No one cares, they don't make any sense. They care only for mone. Also, to switch my accounts it took me one hour waiting on hold.

Had the roller coaster of phone exchanges, drama of a life time. They were looking for any little flaw to not do the warranty exchange, so they could nail a commission selling me a new device. But I went the distance with em. 12 round decision. Got the win. Got the exchange done but had to repair the glass on the camera first.But the scorecard went to me. "" Rocky"" ""YO ADRIENE ♥️!!

There's always an issue with the employees here. The employees are rude and super lazy they don't want to do their job. They discriminate you if they they think your no Mexican enough, first time I went to my bill there was a rude manager which he's no longer there. And a Mexican girl with highlights who was extremely rude and made awful comments that make you angry if your not . She's no longer there yay! But right last time I went to pay my bill and discuss my bill and the dude wanted to overcharge me. I had more than enough but I hate peoples trying to rip me off cause they don't like me, which I don't care if they don't like me , just don't f*** me over b***** So I paid what the website said , which was correct. But they the employees don't take the initiative to take extras steps to contact headquarters to take extra steps to Make your life easier. No if your no smart, these bitches expect you to take the initiative. But let's said you setup something with them , later they will charge you extra cause they want , out of no where extra fees not expected , you have no choice to pay or your f***** . They will find excuses out of their to charge you extra every time , this company is sick . They are not the only cellphone company that overcharge there are far worse out there . I just didn't expect it to carry on to this one to

Paid $10 for parking to be turned away from this store. Need two lines disconnected and 1 line added to my account. Apparently no one in this store is competent to do this. Tona said call customer service. So does this mean that the 4 employees at this location get paid to surf there tablets all day and tell people to call customer service to avoid work?

I went in to get a sim card to use in the states as my UK sim was prohibitively expensive. The agent that served me could not have been more helpful. In fact in three weeks of touring Californian and Nevada it was the only example of what is often referred to as good American Service.
