This place always goes above and beyond! It has the best of all worlds-knowledgeable and professional staff but the feel of a small town pharmacy. I remember one time specifically; they were going to close but the doctor hadn’t called back to refill an important prescription I needed for my child. The pharmacist assured me she was still going to be there for a while longer and would let me know when she heard from the doctor. I believe she called me an hour after official closing time to let me know that the prescription was filled and it would even be delivered on their last delivery of the day. There is nothing like that out there today. Believe me, I know! It’s very reassuring to know they are there for you when you need it most. And yes, if you need it urgently, many times they’ll rush delivery. syds is the best!

Syds pharmacy is amazing, they are always going above and beyond to make sure I have an easy experience. They automatically reach out to the provider when a refill is needed and deliver my medication that same day. They also have a txt feature which allows me at any time of the night or day to send in what I need from the pharmacy, rather then having to wait for normal business hours to call in and get a response. Syds will go the extra mile to bring in whatever medication/vitamin I may need and always provides me the best service!

If I could give a lower score- I would! I am shocked how rude and unprofessional the staff and owners are! I just had a major surgery 2 weeks ago and I am in extreme pain. It’s a pharmacy my DR uses( I didn’t pick this pharmacy) Day after my surgery while I was still in a hospital my DR had to call in prescription 4 times to SYDS so it can get filled before I would be released. They would give every excuse not to fill the prescription- it’s not written correctly (etc) So from a hospital I would have to bother my Dr (who has other things to do)to make sure that he called prescription for pain and other meds 4 times! Yesterday I had my 2 week post-op apt with my DR. I can barely walk and in excruciating pain. Dr called in prescription there and they said that they would not fill it. My husband asked them do you have this medication- they said yes. But they are not going to fill it. They did not give an explanation why. I had my DR call there again. The way he explained it to me is they only will give Meds to patients who just had a surgery. I had my surgery 2 weeks ago!!! Dr said To go to a different pharmacy. My husband went to every CVS/Walgreens in the city and valley and all of them were out of this meds and on back order. Not only I was in terrible pain but all of this was giving me extreme anxiety. I couldn’t believe that SYDS Pharmacy had this medication and wouldn’t give it to me when other pharmacies were out of it!!! I can barely move and this caused me so much distress. I had my family members call every pharmacy they knew to find me the meds. I am beyond shocked and angry that after a major surgery the pharmacy that my DR works with and my meds were always sent to them - would not fill in a prescription and in my condition besides the physical pain I was in emotional pain since I couldn’t find the medication anywhere and SYDS had it but wouldn’t give it to me without even an explanation. This is the worst costumer service I had ever dealt with but also on a human level- how can you have someone after a disc replacement surgery who can barely move - look around all over the city for meds that you have. It’s unprofessional. Heartless and completely human less. I will never suggest this pharmacy to anybody. In fact I will tell everyone to stay away from it, because even before my surgery they would give me a hard time with every single medication! Also on a different note how can a great country like America be out of medications that people need right after surgery and be on back order for weeks. What are our pharmaceutical companies even doing?! Stay away from SYDS if you don’t want to have a physical and emotional pain especially if you are about or just had a surgery!….. Finally I have found a great Pharmscy- AND IT’s NOT SYDS!!! that has everything and even delivers it to my home- since I m on total bed rest for next 6 weeks. Can’t say enough how disappointed and furious I am with SYDS!!!

I recently was traveling from New York and needed a prescription right away not only did syds fillIt I sat in their pharmacy for 7 min and they helped do the transfer so easily made the whole process seamless - 10/10 awesome place shout out to Jonathan who had the patience to help me !

They filled my order extremely close to closing and by the time it went through it would have been too late to pick up my order. However, they offered to deliver my much needed medication to my home. I’m so thankful! Great service.
