Sooo good. Love the low lighting in the studio. Really good playlist. And loved having an opportunity to flow at my own pace after every couple of flows. Shaun was an amazing teacher!

Grace was amazing! I had little knowledge of yoga poses, but Grace was super helpful when it came to how to do them. Def would recommend Grace!

Great instructor! Did a great job with explaining every move as well as providing adjustments. She had positive energy and was very welcoming.
