Superior Grocers is a Mexican grocery store with many locations throughout Southern California. The store features a bakery, deli, creamery, fresh produce, a meat counter, and general merchandise. It is known for having a lot of fresh produce and meats, with good prices. The store is always clean and the service is friendly. It is a place many visit for supplying their kitchen with good products and good service. Some customers have requested products from Costa Rica, as there are many from that community in Los Angeles.
Great produce selection, lots of ingredients for the latin palate. Occasionally runs out of ripe fruit but has an abundant selection if you're willing to wait to eat it. Don't recommend shopping for toiletries; I still can't find razors here. Difficult to exit east and south

The packaged whole grilled chickens are incredible and worth stopping here alone. Otherwise this is a pretty solid Latin-centric supermarket that carries plenty of standard US grocery staples, too. Checkout lines can be chaotic when the store gets busy, but the chicken and top class people watching make the waits bearable.
