I came here for a layered cut. And the girl just took all of my hair and pulled it up and did one chop and said I was done. The haircut took about 8 mins. I told her that it was super choppy and ugly. And her reply was that once i wash it, it would look better. (She acts like I am ignorant and never had a haircut before to know that is not how you cut layer cut). And she still had the guts to ask for tips!
I had to have 2 other haircuts to fix what she did. Because she cut it so short in certain spots. I had to wait between the 2 haircut to grow it out and fix it.
Worst experience ever. I felt so ugly for a while.

We have this place a shot twice and the delivered on disappointment both times. Rude, condescending and lacked the ability to take direction. One of the ladies, who wouldn’t give her name, ripped my daughter’s hair out while she was brushing it and made rude comments. Sprayed her in straight in the face with water, without a care. When I said that we didn’t come to hear her judgment, she started speaking in a different language and glaring. She also cut my husbands hair and had no clue what a high and tight was, when explained she still did it wrong.

Wouldn’t recommend getting a men’s haircut from here. The lady was pleasant and seemed like she really wanted to do a good job, but the end result wasn’t that great.

I've been to this location a number of times and even brought my kid. The ladies here do a wonderful job but this time a man did my hair and it's so terrible I just had to leave because I was so upset inside. I asked for layers and they are a mess. There is no blending. It's like literal rows of layers on my head. It's horrible. Hands down the worst haircut ever. I am making an appointment at an actual salon to fix this.

Hello, I am currently looking for the best supercuts stylist, you know of or manager, in my area. I am open to even any store within 5 miles of 90028 but I have hard hair to cut and want someone who can cut blonde hair mens easily, and taper it but not butcher it, and or mess up the 2 callics I have . I have one callic in frona nd one in back. I have been goin to a lot of mom an paps places inneighborhood but they butcher it . my hair is fine and blone like tom petty. But Icut it like leonoard dicaprio and style it that way, but some poeple cannot cut me. Can you suggest to me who you think is the best salonmanager or stylist or blonde mens hair cut person in 90028 please let me know how I can contact someone , or who the best is thanks

This is a very professional expert place when it comes to doing hair. Josephine and Christina are amazingly good! However, when it comes to the things for which the upper management is responsible, SHAME ON THEM! The bathroom toilet seat has been broken for over 1 year. It doesn't stay up, it is half off the hinges, and its underside is filthy. The light is dim too, which makes the bathroom look dingy and unclean. At another location I was told that they no longer pay their employees for holidays, and the $50 dinner bonus at year end is gone too. It seems Supercuts is in financial trouble and their solution is to abuse their employees and customers.

I’ve been going there for many years, the staff always greed you and tell you to have a seat and they’ll be with you. They always make sure you’re happy with your haircut. It’s almost impossible to keep everyone happy when it comes to haircuts or hairstyles. I don’t think you can get a professional haircut at anytime or day without appointment for the price.

Beto is the worst hairstylist. He’s a price gouger. Likes to over charge customers. He’s.a cheat. Make sure to discuss prices up front if you go get a haircut here and avoid Beto. I had.a terrible experience with him. He damaged my hair and over charged me for a trim. I previously posted a review and it was taken down and I never received a responses from Supercuts.

It was a terrible haircut. I brought in pictures of how I wanted my haircut and made sure they could cut it like I showed them. They just did whatever they wanted and cut it way too short. Never going back.
