Came for a haircut, they did it so fast didnt even try to make it look good. I asked to get only an inch cut throughout and that lady cut my hair way shorter than i wanted it. Definitely not coming back ever again

My husband and I came to this supercuts a few months ago and we had the pleasure of getting a cut from miss Vickie! We came back today and will never see anyone else again! She is absolutely amazing! No one else in our experience understands my husband’s hair quite like she does! Thank you again Vickie for your time and talent! See you again soon!

RACIST STYLIST!!
My child with tight curly hair was being advised to relax his hair while getting a cut. When I heard this being told to my son, I came to nearby and tried to educate her that relaxers cause cancer and also it’s inappropriate to advise a child to start using a relaxer. However, I was met with a rude and disrespectful response then suggesting I go to “a black salon”. So unprofessional!!
Hair type: Texture 4c, short
Stylist: She was a blond and plus sized woman. The picture of the stylist from the website album, she is the one who is fully blond and at the left side.

Three times in a row I have shown up at a pre scheduled check in time. Only to wait 20-30 minutes past my scheduled time. While still have others going before me.
There is not going to be a fourth time.

Made an appointment on a whim, and was pleasantly surprised by getting the best of the best, Thee lovely Toni. She was very kind by not mentioning the fact that it was quite apparent I had taken it upon myself to "trim" my own bangs and layers as I know I brought her a real mess to work with (again thank you and I am sorry Toni) After being in the chair only 5 minutes into my shampoo, we were gabbing like old friends. I kid you not her vibe is that welcoming while keeping it very professional. Given my at home style attempt, she was very intuitive as to what I was trying to achieve, and we laughed together as it was obvious she "just knew" what I wanted. There were other stylists present, however I wasn't able to get their names, but there wasn't a disappointed customer in the room for the entirety of my visit with the exception of the cranky person who demanded to be seen without an appointment and almost refused to wait (he did wait but complained about his shortcoming like everyone else was at fault, to the surprise of no one) but he did get tended to and even he was pleased at the end of the visit (grouch that he was) Other than that, if ever in need for a true Hollywood stylist, run, don't walk to Toni and her crew before one of the best kept secrets in Lalaland isn't a secret anymore.

I don't know the name of the stylist but the literal first thing she said to me was "wow your hair is so thin." I've never heard that about my hair before but even if it's true, why would you say it that way? Like what's the purpose? I'm not usually sensitive about stuff like that but it just felt mean. She spent all of five minutes (not an exaggeration) cutting my hair and her vibe was off the entire time. For example, Prince was playing on the radio and she said what a great song it was and I agreed and she was like "what would you know about Prince?" I guess because I look young? I'm in my 30s lol, I know who Prince is. Then when I went to pay the person checking me out asked loudly if I'd like to add a tip, which I frankly hadn't been planning to, and when I said yes out of pressure they made me say how much rather than having me type it in myself. The haircut doesn't look great either. You get what you pay for I guess.

I recognized almost immediately that the haircut wasn't the quality that I was used to, and that my hair wasn't gonna quite grow back correctly, but I didn't really realize how bad it was until a few weeks later not my hair is fully grown back in and it is totally out of shape and it's a problem and I wish I had gone back in there to make them fix iton the day after when I realized it was a bad cut. Definitely never going there again.

I had a pleasant experience with my haircut done by Mary. I asked for a layered hair style and wanted some hair products as well. Mary was awesome and has been working in the salon for a very long time with reoccurring customers. She loves what she does and is very knowledgeable of techniques and answered any questions I had.
