03/20/2024 - 3:45 pm (approx.). Came into the store with my dogs (I live in the neighborhood) to get some lottery tickets (quick transaction). The clerk immediately started giving me a hard time because of my dogs, I stated they are service animals and he started saying that I am breaking the law which I know I am not. He requested documentation about the service animals for which I stated he cannot request that information per federal law. He kept being disrespectful and rude telling me to learn the law. He had a very bad attitude with me all for a quick less than 1 minute transaction. As stated before my dogs are trained service animals so access should not be denied by federal law. I will NEVER come back to this place. No wonder why this place doesn't have many customers when I pass by. Please give better training to the clerks about the law and how it works when it comes to Service Animals. A 30-second transaction became a 3-minutes tedious argument because of uninformed people like that clerk. Obviously, he was in a mood to fight with someone but I have no time for that.

I had my flat tire without air, I went to ask for air and they didn't give me any agreement because I had to buy something when I've been putting gas here for five years for a little air, lose a customer✌️

Gas is expensive here, but the snacks and drinks are standardized prices. The person is always cool either young or old. I just pulled up to an empty pump, swiped my card, fueled up, and left. The area seemed alright, and no problems arose from other patrons. It is a pretty busy place considering it is located near the freeway on Sunset Blvd. As far as gas stations go, it runs about average in sanitation. This place is convenient if you're outta gas and about to head onto the freeway!

My cars coolant reservoir overheated and exploded. I was drenched in hot coolant , I went to this gas station because it was the closest to the scene. And these workers wouldn’t let me use the water to wash the chemicals off me. They thought I was a transient and refused to help me. I went back a week later and the lady said if they let me use their restroom then they need to let everyone. WOW

I got there at 9:40pm and the manager told me they were closed l, when every other night I go they close at 10pm. I live right next door. The manager told me as rude as possible that they are closed and I can come back tomorrow. I just needed a pack of cigarettes and was willing to give him cash. This guy has been rude in the past and only works at nights. The morning manager is awesome and sweet.

This place states it is 24/7 but the man at the cashier hides behind the window and says "closed" anytime after midnight

Stoped by at 9:45 on 10/11 & the pump broke / I had a major safety problem to let them know about... walked to the front & the guy working put a "closed for 15 min" sign on the door while looking at me in the eyes. I told him I wasn't trying to buy anything but his pump was leaking & he shook his head at me. beware of this gas station unless you want to blow yourself up without the employees even looking at the problem. Crazy.

Yall need to stop hiring racist people. Some people phone do die and need to know where to go. This is part of working at a gas station. And she didn't want to help a customer. Took my money for gas and didn't care. If I would have know I would have tooken my money elsewhere. I don't contribute to racism at all. This needs to stop in America. Stop giving racist people jobs. The lady on Wednesday 23, 2022 at 4:50pm. She is very rude/racist.

The guy is actually cool and letting use the restroom. My boy forgot and licked the key inside and he is also cool with that. Gas is expensive here, but the snacks and drinks are standardized prices. The person is always cool either young or old.
