The first time I came I asked, Is it possible to send my parcel to my city? They said yes, we will send it, bring your things and we will calculate it. The next day came for the second time, brought a heavy package of things to be sent in a parcel, and suddenly they said they don’t send to My city Was it really difficult to explain the first time?

I just want to say this place is amazing very convenient Linda Linda is absolutely amazing and so sweet she handles the business very well and keep track anything I am looking she is sweet and kind I have had my mailbox three years and I really appreciate Linda for helping me also easy access to your box and well protected security for my mail .

The absolute worse experience I've ever had with a P.O. Box. Linda does not effectively know how to run a business. She doesn't care about her customers concern. She is very hostile & seems to be very distasteful when it comes to communication. Don't even waste your time or energy. I was dealing with a very important matter in which my mail sent to her place of business without me knowing. She is stealing my mail for her own personal gain do not trust her with your personal information!!!! She also disclosed my personal mailing information with someone other than myself very disappointing. A shame you can't trust your local services anymore.

Does NOT offer usps mail pickup or drop off then why does google maps say there's a usps drop off? Fix it please

I rarely give negative reviews but the lady that is most likely the owner of this place is not very helpful at all when you have a question about shipping documents. She was very rude to me when i asked her where do I drop off this package she just said over there and there was three other boxes in the same spot. I won't be returning back. The lady needs to adjust her attitude if she wants customers to return.

A very intelligent and competent specialist works there (man). Very conscientious and knows his job well. Real professional. never confused anything and never made a mistake in anything. The best person of any post office in LA. He will always give the right advice if the sender has any difficulties?

Linda is absolutely wonderful! I had a single letter to mail. Typically all my correspondence is online and so I don't have stamps. So I did a quick search online and came up with this store and its stellar reviews. I was not disappointed! Linda was super professional, got me stamp, volunteered to drop off my letter and sold me a book of stamps to hang on to as backup. Linda, thank you for being so wonderful, professional and resourceful. :)
