Normally, I go to Joe to write up my service needs. I signed up for a maintenance plan. Joe was not available so I went to Nick. I was not happy with the suggestions he made. I will not be going to Nick again; Joe never suggests things I may not need.

Best car shopping experience ever! I’m 79, bought a lot of cars. Every single person I met was pleasant, professional, and more importantly genuine. Whether we finalized a deal or not they were honest, straightforward, no tricks. Congratulations on a fabulous staff.
BTW Mike and Alex are wonderful people. I like Sol as well and that’s not easy for a finance guy.

I came in looking for my dream car which is the Mazda cx-30! My dad and I had been looking everywhere and this option was a fair price. After meeting with the Brandon, I knew that I wanted this car but was unsure about the finances that came with it. He was kind enough to go back to his team and lower the pricing based on my credit! During the process he was amazing! Understanding of my interests and he was positive throughout the whole consultation! Cole was also amazing! He came in and took over to give my dad and I more explanations in order to gather information on car and continue convincing us. Great work! The financial officer helped us seal the deal and I am so happy! Thank you all.

I normally don't leave reviews, but I had such a great experience here I had to share it!! Especially for any other women out there who get nervous about walking into a car dealership by yourself.
Ron was amazing - I recently had my vehicle stolen and needed to get a vehicle as soon as possible while working full-time - I was nervous having to handle this all by myself but I felt so comfortable with Ron and how honest he was about the entire process, I never once felt taken advantage of (which was my biggest fear when I walked in). I fell in love with the car quickly and got the car in less than 24 hours - and he kept me updated via text because I still had to work during the day.
and Sal from the finance team is the BEST - everyone knows the paperwork part is what we all dread but I was shocked when it was the easiest, quickest, and most enjoyable process I've ever experienced. He actually cares about making you feel comfortable, laying out all your options, explaining all the details, etc. This place definitely changed the view I had on car dealerships, so I highly recommend, thank you all for your help! :)

Sunrise offered the best price on a special order (better than Costco!) and added a lifetime engine warranty. Dealing with the Finance Manager was the quickest, no pressure, no hassle, that I've ever experienced. Marco was a pleasant salesman. Very nice truck buying experience.

Glapin Ford lost a really good customer. For lying and stealing at there service department. Sunrise Ford and the dealership in Ventura and DeSoto get in my opinion an - A++++ great service no problems after ward smooth sailing.

If you are looking for a pre owned vehicle.
This is not the place to go. I thought I was getting a deal with a transit. Come to find out the tires were worn out and in need of exchange. They were kind enough to change 2 tires and 2 tires that I am still driving that’s unsafe.
I complained a day later about the brakes shaking like you are driving through bumps no return and n messages until I said I will do a review on google.
I took it to another ford dealership and off course they recommend that all 4 rotors are too thin and unsafe to drive that’s why it shakes. They asking 1400 just for rotors.
They obviously didn’t do a safety inspection on this vehicle.
So please if you are looking for a deal go somewhere else and save the stress.
