I have ordered HP Laser printer toner from this company several times. They are one of the few reputable stores I could find that sell new build (not remanufactured) third party toner for my printer that is half the cost of HP OEM. I have always been very satisfied with the product shipped and the experience ordering and receiving the products. This is the only store I buy laser toner from.

Ordered ink cartridges on a Tuesday afternoon and received them on Wednesday morning and that's with free shipping!! There prices are not unreasonable. Highly recommend.

I just purchased a replacement printhead cartridge for an old HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 from Sun Data Supply and was able to restore the printer to full operation. It was easy to order, their communication about the order and shipment was prompt and accurate. And the part worked! So glad I selected a quality company with quality products.

This company stands behind its products and its service. Their prices are terrific, as is their delivery. I just had a puzzling issue with my printer on a Thursday afternoon and called Sun Data Supply. Ryan Ramos helped me figure it out on the phone. New cartridges and me cleaning one part, and I'm up and running on Saturday afternoon. Awesome.

Multiple orders now. Product durability, usability, and accuracy is 100%, even with off brands so far. Extraordinarily fast shipping without “rush” surcharges - just the standard shipping, which is reasonably priced. Extremely easy to order. I previously used warehouse clubs to buy ink and toner at “discount” prices. I have consistently spent less than half of those prices at SDS - including the shipping charge - and received faster delivery than the clubs provided in order to keep the office machines running. I am very pleasantly surprised, and will be moving all of my ink and toner business here now. While we have dramatically reduced usage through “paperless” office methods, tax offices still use a ton of paper for tax return hard copies, financial statements, reports, loan documents, and payroll, and we rely on great vendors like Sun Data to keep the printers going.

Our little office has been using Sun Data Supply toner cartridges and drums for several years now and continue to be extremely pleased with their products and customer service. If any product doesn't measure up, they are quick to replace, no questions asked. Orders are received most promptly as well. It's so nice and unusual to have a good relationship with the guys in customer service. Used cartridges also returned at their expense for recycling. Ryan and Brian are especially helpful and friendly.

I do NOT like the idea of having to create an account with a credit card on file just to place an order. Guest checkout option would be preferred.

I really like the option of an invoice. You do not have to pay right when you select your products online. You have an option to receive an Invoice and make your payment in the next 30 days, which is a very flexible option for many businesses.
