Everything was good with the food but the tables were dirty and needed cleaning and they made us wait so we had to go ahead and leave!!

This subway location is bad customer and the guy who there he’s very rude and I repeat myself three times I want turkey foot long and he always laughs like it’s games.. if you don’t like your job you could find something else to do. Don’t go to this subway. They don’t greet you or have food customers service and they talk about you in different languages and I am bilingualso I understand. I rather go to another sandwich restaurant with better customer service and good energy.

I visited there about 2 and a 1/2 weeks ago I walked in and yes I was on the phone the gentleman that helped me fixed my cold cut Sandwich After he wrapped it up I noticed he didn't ask me or didn't put any condiments on the sandwich and I asked him about it and

EXCELLENT customer service! I have not been to a Subway in many years. My grandson asked me to take him so I did.I was really impressed by how clean this location was! The staff was very friendly and understanding. I am plant-based/ vegan so I asked if their veggie patties were vegan and she said yes. I also asked if the patties had eggs in them, the staff member was honest and said she was not sure and went to check.Another staff came back and reassured that their VEGGIE PATTIES ARE INDEED VEGAN.I truly appreciate the extra effort. Wonder customer service! I am not sure if/when I will visit another Subway but if/when I do, it will definitely be at this location! (Obama Blvd/ LA Brea in Los Angeles).

Never assume that a person doesn't speak your language because they don't look like you. I am bilingual because I work in corporate. So when the staff started talking about the other black customer ahead of me, that already had me skeptical. And when the guy started making my sandwiches, he put about 4 pieces of onion and bell pepper on the sandwiches. I asked for more, and he picked up 2 more pieces and put them on, then closed the sandwich as he laughed. I always leave an extra ten dollars for a tip, which I did. Because someone else's evil doesn't change who I am. But karma ALWAYS shows up and she's never late. But as for my family and friends, we will not be returning to this location. And I will be filing a formal complaint from my department about the things that were said and the unethical treatment of customers.

Customer service yells very concerningly as if in a mental state. Just witnessed my friend get abused verbally. By 1 staff member & then a manager. No level of basic customer hostility for a licensed store. Uncomfortable experience.

Very rudw and disrespectful customer service especially to the guy who seem to be the manager or related tk the owner because he is always there. Everytime I go there, It's a very rude customer service. He does not reply to the greetinf, He asks what kind of bread but then get the bread type that he wants and throw the bread on the counter before I pay. He treats customers who are non-Hispanic so rudely. He is a racist.

The owner should know about Saul an employee there. He must be related to the owner because saul wa sso rude and disrespectful. I only ask if van PLEASE WASH HIS HAND BEFORE MAKING MY SANDWICH. He got upset with me and said "I just did in the back. I said well can you please wash your hands here in the front He said no. So I asked the other employee there and female that was mopping if she can make my sandwich. He then continued to say things like well your touching you belt and underwear. I said I'm picking up my pants and I'm not making you subway sandwich. You were. But it's ok I don't want to waste any time on you. Owner contact me if you care.
