Subway was one of the last fast food places we would frequent. The others had all screwed up too many times. We were happy enough, though.Then the last two times we got the wrong bread. The first occasion I asked for Italian herded. Did not know until we got home it was whole wheat. I HATE whole wheat. Everyone is entitled to one mistake, though. This time I said just Italian thinking it couldn't be mistaken for anything else. Got home and they were white.At 33-35 bucks per visit it's too expensive to suffer with wrong orders. So long, subway.Incidentally it was the same guy both times but he had waited on me previously and he waa flawless.

Horrible customer service I felt like they didn't wanna serve me. It was a man & a lady working. I asked for a cold cut combo got all the way home just to have only baloney on the sandwich. I will never go here again. I don't like spending my money at places im not wanted or welcomed.

Hey La Brea/Sunset Subway -- STOP SELLING DAY OLD COOKIES!!I ride past this location on my Sunday morning bike ride and it's always a crapshoot with the cookies. They're supposed to throw out the ones from the night before, but it's COMPLETELY OBVIOUS when they don't. Cookies are totally dried out and tasteless. And don't bother asking the staffers when they made the cookies. Either they don't understand english or pretend they don't. This location is always super clean despite being in a dicey parking lot. They just need to step it up with the cookies.

This location almost never participates in Subway digital sandwich discount offers, which most other Hollywood spots accept. Sadly, though I like the staff, I've had to take my business to those other Subways in the area.

Of all the local Subway restaurants in the Hollywood area, this location almost never participates in digital offers and, thus, affects my decision to order at the other Subway spots, no doubt affecting their profits. Worth it, 7040 Sunset?

This review isn't about the very average sub sandwich (which everybody with tastebuds knows) it is about their SUB- standard customer service. I really hate bad service! I hate mean people and I hate being treated badly. I've bagged groceries, worked in departments stores and in retail so I know what it's like to work with the public. It wasnt until my encounter with employee "NERY T" at this Subway (at least that's what his nametag read) that I have decided the award him "the nasty employee of the month" . . I took my senior friend from a doctor's appointment to SUBWAY. He ordered three sandwiches "to go" for the upcoming week. I only wanted drink but the cups are behind the counter, so when he was near them, I asked for one. He said "I'm busy...you have to wait until I'm done". Odd, I thought , he could see we were together but I thought "hmmm...ok...I'll wait a couple of minutes... no prob." When he finished wrapping the sandwiches he asked my friend if there was anything else he wanted. Again, I requested a cup. Again, he said I would have to wait. OK....WHAT THE HECK?? I pointed out that the cups were right behind him and he finally and begrudgingly handed me a water cup. I said I wanted a soda cup. He said I "didn't say that" (with a HUGE TUDE). But he never bothered to ask me. He hardly made eye contact and had a piss- poor attitude with a snarkiness you don't encounter often (thank goodness). This guy was probably half my age. I realized that he was the same guy who ignored me the last time I went there months ago. when he went a to the man behind me, completely ignoring me, the customer asked if I had ordered. The employee said he thought I had already been helped. He just went right past me. NICE! There's another review on YELP with a photo of an employee jumping over the counter attacking a customer. It looks just like him. This place let's guys like this treat people badly. They clearly don't care. An employee on a petty power trip. Why do I say this? Because before writing this review, I contacted SUBWAY corporate who said they have "no say over how each franchise conducts their business". So I contacted the store directly via email and Maria Lopez, their District Manager, was not only dismissive but clearly didn't read my complaint and responded with this following ridiculous reply: __________ "I want to take a moment to thank you for contacting me and to extend my apologies for the less than ideal experience that you had in my restaurant. I understand that your recent visit did not meet your expectations due to questions about the pricing of certain menu items. I know that I have let you down, and for that, my team at this Subway restaurant is truly sorry. I am always looking for ways to improve the experience for my customers and I shared your feedback with my team to prevent this from happening again. Thank you for choosing Subway and we look forward to seeing you soon." ---------------- Well Maria, sorry buy you won't be seeing me ever again. I hope you learn to do your job better and to I hope that you and your inconsiderate and disrespectful employee get treated the same way someday. What goes around comes around!

Food is alright, however SERVICE is T.E.R.R.I.B.L.E!!!!I don't know who is the manager of this subway, but I like to tell him to encourage their employees to talk to their costumers. Today I went in and was greeted by a young man who has no costumer service experience. He did a good job when making my meal, however his communication skills are TERRIBLE!

Terrible service. Doors locked and closed early and rude when myself and other customer asked why closing at 9:40pm instead of 10pm.

Service very bad, Not friendly, Nervous, Wrong order, Gold soupI'm asked soup, she said no soup, I'm asked make one Brackley cheddar she said wait 10 minutesAfter 10 minutes give me chicken noodles and too cold, I'm told him for Wrong order but he answered he doesn't have Brackley cheddar.

They’re never open when they’re supposed to be. The oven isn’t working half the time … there are other Subways close by that I’d recommend you go to instead.

This place is always running out of items. Especially the cheddar broccoli soup. For 3 years I've been here to eat healthy and the past 8 months there always missing stuff. No soups no breads no sides this or that. All the time. When you get any meats or anything they barely put it on there. Like even the tuna like what is this. Where's Where's meat? Where's the fish? I mean cmon the tunas already fake we all know that so atleast put in proper portion. For the price and missing items it ain't right. Whenever I come here and I see missing stuff I'm like ugh why didn't I just call because I should have just went to waba grill instead. There Is a subway on the walk of fame. Semi better than this. But this right here is the worst. So much for convenience
