Subway quality throughout all their franchises. I like ordering ahead on the APP, you can get discounts only by ordering online.Vegetarian options: Veggie sandwich is the most healthy sandwich and the lowest calorie.Parking: Parking is shared with the other businesses in the small shopping center.

Who you trying to fool? "Freshly sliced meat" I call bullshit! I've never seen any meat slicer used at any Subway. I asked the manager when they slice the meat he said at 9am, and then accordingly when needed. Umm. That's not what freshly sliced means. Jearsey Mike's for example slices their meat and cheese per order. Funny how every Subway I've been to not only is the slicer spic and span, doesn't show signs of of prolonged use, and I never see them slicing meat at all. Let me ask you would a hotel pan be filled to the top with a leaser ordered meat line always if you had control of how much you could slice. Why waste the food? Also, where do you store you slabs of in cut meat? Why not show the customer where the meat and cheese is coming from? Why mute your employees when I ask out it? This doesn't end here. Lawyer up.

Horrible service with a lady with glasses horrible attitude too! I asked her to wrap my 12 inch sandwich which was going for two people and gave me complete attitude! The other lady was completely nice and when she charged me had 100$ bill and she just told me she didn't have change but the way she said it was even worst!!!! I went at 10:45 on a Thursday morning horrible never getting my money from that subway again!

AMAZING STAFF! Seriously, the morning team at this Subway location are great. Friendly, fast, and make a pretty good sandwich considering what they're working with. It's Subway so you know what to expect as far as food quality, but these people care, so you're going to get the best of what Subway can offer.

Subway has definitely lost its reputation. I do not like to leave a bad review UNLESS it's truly necessary and this was one of those moments. This is the second visit to one of these locations where I receive the absolute worst service and experience. I had ordered online like I have done once before at this location without issues but today's visit was outrageous. I arrived thinking my sandwich is ready, which I ordered online to save time, headed over at the time the app had stated my meal would be ready, just to get told by a very rude employee stating my order had been canceled. I have ordered online several times at other locations and do not understand what in their minds would cause them to do this. Stated they had tried to call me to verify my order and canceled it when they could not reach me, I have never ever ever been contacted by anyone to verify my order previously. BUNCH OF BS OBVIOUSLY . I never received one phone call. Absolutely disgusted with Subway employees. Need to be retrained in how to service a customer appropriately and treat customers with respect and dignity versus showing up to their job and acting like they hate their lives. Management needs to evaluate their employees, hence the bad ratings this location has. Stay away from here and the one on Santa Monica and Highland. Absolute trash service. You'll get better service from the neighborhood drug dealer before these clowns. Female, 5'4, heavy heavy set, with reading glasses. Stay away from here if you want good service, if you want your meal ruined then definitely talk to this lady.
