I ordered a SLICED AVOCADO Mexicali. I’m sure the sandwich even costs more than other sandwiches because it has avocado. I didn’t get any avocado in my sandwich. When I do take out I trust that I’m getting what I asked for. Especially since I can’t be there to watch them make it. I shouldn’t have too be there just to make sure I get what I’m paying for. My sandwich is not good at all.

There was always nice people working here but ever since a new guy started working there he’s ruined the place. gives attitude when you order, is very slow, and gets mad when you ask for something extra. never says your welcome or says have a nice day. get him fired !

There’s always this guy in this subway that seems like he doesn’t want to work there. I get it. I also work in the food industry. However his attitude just ruins my ordering experience at this location. There was way better customer service when two young ladies were working there.

I eat at this location at least once a week because it's nearby. The guy working looks miserable. Doesn't greet you when you enter. Always missing items on my sandwich, including today. Rip off . Disappointing experience at this location. I always order 15 mins ahead of time on the app and it's never ready.

Horrible customer service, I ordered an online order, when I arrived I waited another 15 minutes, there was 1 sandwich in the order, I waited because no one cooked it, and first we made an order for those who are standing in line, if you don't want to waste time, I don't recommend visiting this store

This subway horrible customer service!!! Today worker was being rude saying he will not take my orders that I’m banned. Since I didn’t say have a nice day back after I said thank you. He was having an overwhelmed day but didn’t need to put it on the customers waiting !!
