Been coming to this subways for awhile now usually just get a sandwich but I wanted to try the soup . And damn on my second spoon of it I found this ! Looks like a plastic from what I imagine was the bag the soap came from .Yeah don’t think I’m getting soap from here again . ??

Awful, Awful, Awful...This store is a complete mess. First off the worst part is the Indian Lady takes tips from the workers. The manager in the back forces the workers to do extra labor for no extra pay, manager also never does his job, 80 percent of the time he's on his phone and not keeping this store in check. Also if you want to tip the workers (not the indian lady) give it to them personally otherwise that lady will take it all and not distribute the tips to the workers...this store is just a mess...

"Subway, eat COVID" Doesn't matter if you are wearing a single layered cloth mask, if you are coughing up a storm and still covering your mouth/touching your mask PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE wash your hands instead of contaminating the whole box of clean gloves and preparing food!!!!! When I asked him (the "manager") to please wash his hands the response I received was "I'm wearing a mask" not knowing I'm a Nurse and I know WTF I'M TALKING ABOUT AND SEEING WITH MY OWN EYES!!!! Reporting this to Department of Public Health, not sanitary at all!!!!!

The "manager" a short lady was doing my sandwich I asked for my bacon to be double toasted separately from my sandwich she then proceeded to tell me that it was the same thing as if she just double toasted the whole sandwich insisting that sense she hit the "double toast bacon" button that it would only toast the bacon twice and rest of the sandwich would be single toasted I tried explaining that it doesn't work that way and she then took the bacon off the sandwich with cheese melted to it and stuck it in a tray and proceeded to toast the bacon and cheese those making a melted hard mass of bacon and cheese, sticks it back on the rest of the sandwich and expects me to pay for that??? It looked so gross I've never been more disgusted with a subway in my life WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT???? And in this case I WAS RIGHT it was disgusting and she was rude as all hell I want to speak with her higher ups and take her job for how she handled the situation she should be scrubbing toilets in the back room not managing a store she has zero knowledge of how to handle a customer I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THAT LOCATION AND ILL BE SURE TO MAKE IT KNOWN ACROSS ALL PLATFORMS THAT THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS PATHETIC

The owners of this franchise are also the employees of this franchise. Every time I come to this location "the lady owner" always highlights extra cheese is 50 cents and if I want more it will be 1 dollar. I don't get it you think by now I would know this after visiting so many times I don't need a constant reminder over 50 cent. Just put the damn cheese on my sandwich and shut the hell up. Saying that it is the closet subway to my home it sucks that I always tell myself I'm never going back to that subway based off how stingy the "franchise owner" is with her small scoops of cheese that come with a constant reminder it's an additional 50 cent. I feel bad for their employees that always seem to be new. They need new management here because this isn't the friendly subway service that's offered at other locations.

Horrible customer Service + Cheap I'm very disappointed in my visit earlier. The old lady gave me and my friends unnecessarily attitude. She was being cheap and barely put tuna in my sub. Other subways put more than 4 scoops of tuna in my sub. Even her coworker put in more tuna in my friend's sandwich than her. She's a horrible person and shouldn't be working there. I had past experience from her attitude but this was the last straw. She was aggressively making the sandwich and rushing it even though there was no one else. She ruined my friend sub and aggressively putting the meatball on the sub. I had a racist vibe from her. The place was clean but not her attitude. I would recommend going to the one of Western and Venice. Better customer service and much nicer people. I walk into this subway feeling unwanted. I wouldn't recommend going here even though I live closer to this subway. That old lady needs to be thought propped hospitality or else this subway will fail. I not going here again and I would recommend others to not go here. They're cheap , mean, negative vibes , and unprofessional. I will come here again only if the only old lady quits.
