Staff was friendly and helpful. After booking a unit, you must go to the front office and get your key/lock, which may seem obvious but that information is no where in the emails received after booking.

The Storquest services in Playa Vista on Jefferson are very professional and the facility is safe and clean. It is always with ease and immediate care the office staff handles and situation that may arise. I would highly recommend this location.

Once i managed to get connected to the local office, the team was amazing, accommodating and helpful. They are exactly what we all would like when obtaining a service like this (ps: the central phone number that sorts calls and attempts to answer questions without connecting a caller locally leaves much to be desired).

Adara and Brissa are super nice and incredibly helpful. Fantastic customer service where they make you feel like a human being. This is a great location or anybody who goes to our teaches at or works at LMU. Perfect for anyone who lives in Playa Vista or the surrounding areas. I highly recommend.
