John was the associate that helped my husband and I. He was very friendly, answered all of our questions, and helped us find the right storage unit for all of our belongings. Would definitely recommend him!

Suddenly, they told me that I had to move my things from one place to another, without taking into account that this was an inconvenience for me, finding someone to help me, making time to move, etc. I think that at least they should have offered some kind of help since this change is for their benefit. They only told me that I had a specific date to move my things and they apologized. As a customer, the ideal thing would have been for them to offer me some kind of economic discount or incentive as such.
