The store manager, Refugio was super helpful and friendly and answered our questions thoroughly. He got us into a storage unit promptly and went over our options in detail. Great experience.

The host Jazmin was great and really helpful. Unfortunately the spaces are a little small and website a little confusing so I didn’t know it was a locker I booked . However Jazmin was helpful and able to get me a different unit on the spot!

Elevator always broke. They raise the rent price every few months. Access hours are inaccurate sometimes they close early and open late. People urinate in the staircase and in the building. No air conditioner. Terrible smell in the units. Saw bugs several times. Staff appears to be using substances and always high. Shady people. NOT worth it. U-Haul storage or Public Storage are better options.
Oh ya- the staff tells you to leave a good review before you even experience the place. They offer you discount for fees in exchange for a good review that mentions them- not sure how honest that is or if it’s legal. Which is why you see so many reviews that seem fake naming them by name. Who actually leaves reviews like that? Kinda scammy. Use caution when dealing with these people.
