My unit got broken into somebody cut my lock I filed an insurance claim. Insurance basically told me sorry we are declining the case since there is no forced entry the facility can’t go back with cameras every couple of months rent goes up and best solution for me they had was to move the unit well I’m leaving the premises since nobody can help… wouldn’t recommend

This storage company is so great! Great prices and excellent customer service. I would recommend anyone looking for a good storage place to come here. They also seem to have a great security system for the buildings.

Natasha helped me tremendously - super kind and helpful and very nice. Made everything go so smooth with entering and repeating all the main things like the time open and close. I feel very fortunate to have found this place because other storage units were a hassle.
I highly recommend this storage and rsvp online to qualify for the $1 month - just know you have to bring in your renters insurance in person because I forgot mine. So they add theirs for $13 but once you send yours they return the $13. Very please with todays service.

elevators don’t work so expect to carry all your belongings down flights of strairs. if your lucky you don’t have many heavy things most people do though. i seen everyone carrying so much heavy things today i felt so bad. my stuff was at least doable. i paid over $100 for one month of space where i couldn’t even fit my bed i just needed somewhere asap ); that’s the only good thing, is the process is basically a same day process, and super easy but in the long run it’s just not worth the stress or hassle. joana was the only employee who was genuinely sweet & cared the rest were very not helpful. i wouldn’t rent here again, i’d rather go somewhere else but i do thank them for accommodating me in the same day! thank you. (:

Staff all are very friendly and work as a team to meet my needs while one was working on my reservation Other was already waiting to show me a tour and show me the unit i felt very welcomed and was very blessed to get a move in special that was awesome Thank you ETC for giving me a great experience.
