Not from LA, so I stopped by the Stone Island store and was impressed with everything. Store is awesome, staff are super friendly, and they have all sizes so don't have to worry about anything. Ann helped me and is super nice and chill. Everyone was very welcoming so will be going again when I have the chance.

Beware of doing business with this Stone Island location. I do not live in CA. so I'm at the mercy of shopping online or call a store. First purchase from Lauren was first class. She was very accommodating. Second purchase, not so much. Received an overskirt today that was too large so I called Lauren at the store to see about an exchange. She had the size I needed but didn't know how they were going to handle it?!? She told me no exchanges or refunds. If she had told me that before I purchased the overskirt, I wouldn't have purchased it. I'm shipping the return tomorrow hoping the store handles me in a professional manner. If not, I'll just issue a chargeback through my credit card. This is a high end store. You don't treat your customers like that! She told me she had the size I needed. This was a simple exchange! retail is down and you're treating customers like this?!? Just beware.

The nicest Stone Island in the world compared to 10 other locations I’ve been to. Staffs made us feel welcomed and I had to leave a review for this.

Terrible customer service. The store was empty and they made me wait 30 minutes outside in the heat just to look inside. Never had to put so much effort in to buy an over priced t-shirt. Ridiculous.

I usually shop at the Miami location, this was my first time at the LA location and the employees were very helpful and made sure I had options to look at and try on.

Botched release for the New Balance 574 Stone Island collab. Line was out of control in the front and security was not doing anything, as people were just cutting each other. On top of that, they let people buy two pairs for some reason, meaning the first 25 or so people bought out the whole inventory, when pairs could have easily went out to everyone. Please have a better system and only let customers buy 1 item at a time.

Recently acquired by Moncler, they’re located here, on La Brea. A chill spot. Central to everything. Eclectic Moncler vibe, military-inspired collection, headquarters based out in Italy, the brand “Stone Island” is picking up a lot more fame here in LA. Word of mouth is getting around. Rapper Drake rocked some Stone Island wardrobe, at one of his Red Carpet events. Actress Jordana Brewster (Fast and Furious movie franchise) has shopped here Stone Island, and few other well-known artists. Real chill, laid back, eclectic vibe here. Ask for Jalen (awesome chill dude, that’s my guy right there lol), Song, Amanda, Sabrina, Samuel (they’re all chill and helpful). The boutique sits right on the corner of La Brea & 1st, you can’t miss it. Easy access. Come see Stone Island ?️ even if just to check out the sleek, sophisticated, Modern contemporary architecture design, of the store. If you’re in the area? Come check this spot out.

This store has amazing quality products. The customer service was impeccable as well. Each staff member greeted us and gave details about the pieces. The customer service itself insured that I will be back to support this company and make a purchase.

Honestly, as a person of color, it's normal to feel like a outsider inside these kind of stores. -- Stone Island is probably the only store in La Brea where i don't feel that way. Yesterday i was helped by a door sales associate named Taylor who's service was exceptional to the point it made me write a review.

Awful energy. Just the laziest possible staff. Employees/Managers really leaning into the $20,000 millionaire identity crisis. For what it’s worth, the Chicago store much offers a completely better, specifically speaking—A FUN experience. This just felt like kids that were losers at their Yeshiva, now have a workplace they can geo-tag on social media for “clout” and they’ve got their feet up, life mission accomplished.
