Cheap quality furniture!! I purchased a couch and it was damage when they delivered it and I have been having so much trouble with it since that day till today (9 months already) also bought a table with 6 chairs and after 1/2 weeks they’re breaking apart. (Same thing 9 months having problems) I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this furniture at all and the service is horrible they just want your money and don’t care about their customers.

I had a bad experience to this furniture place . Stephie's Furniture . I was driving by looking for furniture place because I needed couches for my parents house . I found this place went with my mom . Cesar was very nice and very helpful. We bought couches but we needed some pillows that go with it. He said he had to get them made to come back a certain day to pick them up . he wasn't there and my pillows were not ready. There was a lady there don't know her name but she was awfully rude told me to come back another day because Cesar was out of town . I went back again . No pillows ready yet . I ask the lady why ?? What was the problem ? All she said she didn't know and Cesar had an emergency. And to come back again . But she had no explanation to give me I asked to speak to Cesar and she said she couldn't call him... I get it he had an emergency but she wasn't making any sence why I had to keep coming . I wasn't too convinced to what she was saying to me . And I wasn't believing to her story . So I came back again . Finally I get my pillows and she has them on top of a table . The same lady there and didn't even bother to apologize to me for having me back and forth . Didn't get up or say a thing . She was busy on her cell totally ignore me. I told her she was very rude never coming back again . She gave me a thumb . The worse part is when I got home I notice the pillows were dirty !! These pillows never got made . She gave me some old pillows they had there. Never coMing back or recommending anyone . So I give this place NO STAR.

I had opportunity to order some custom furniture to match my mom furniture that was bought from this company before the quality was outstanding that meet our expectations. When I was ready to order my new couch I wanted to modern but still keep the my parents furniture to match it took about four week to arrive but it worth waiting for it was cheap but I wanted to elegant modern style. I got what I pay for it takes pressured and dedication to deal with this people but they will get the job done. I had pay extra to for delivery but do to my time. It was worth it paying for the delivery. I would recommend if you walk into the store first and the order what you want ask a many questions irritate them to make sure your getting what you want!

I am beyond disappointed in this business. Do not order from them. They delivered poor quality work. Couches has strings and nail poking out from everywhere. The cover on the seats and back side of couch had bubbles. Seat misaligned (uneven). George/Cesar tried to help and were nice but their supervisor (Maria) was beyond unprofessional. Raised her voice, blamed her staff for the poor quality work and kept asking me can you repeat that so that they can hear what you are saying. Refuse to give us a refund even though they keep making excuses of why the job wasn't done right. Order was suppose to be ready 12/23/2020 it is now 1/6/2021 and she is saying its not my fault you don't like what you ordered. Requested to speak with her supervisor and she refused to share their contact information and said she was the only one I could speak to.

My partner and I had a great time shopping for our new mattress thanks to Richard! Really knows his stuff and didn't push anything on us which is always nice. So, so glad we made the trip in instead of just buying blindly online. The delivery's happening next week and I could not be more excited. Thanks again!!

Richard has excellent customer service skills. He helped me choose a mattress over the phone, as I wasn't able to come check them out in person. He helped me find something that fits my needs that fit within my price range. There were no questions left unanswered about when I would receive the mattress, exactly how much I'd be paying, what were the warranty terms etc. Thanks Richard!

Worst customer service. I was guaranteed a delivery on a date and day of the delivery the driver called and said he couldn’t make the delivery. I called the store and they didn’t even know what was going on. Then rescheduled a delivery date and again didn’t deliver because the driver didn’t want to work anymore. Day of the delivery the delivery guys are rued and not professional at all. Go spend your money somewhere else where they actually care about the customers.
