Fast Shipping and everything fits material is nice I will be ordering again this website is definitely not a scam I was reading the few negative reviews come to realize the real issue is the pandemic...... After 3 months of waiting for my order and a tracking number I requested a refund several times she ended up canceling my order now refuses to refund my money!!! My credit union informed me that that company was paid so I need to get a refund from this company which I've been requesting a refund for now over a month!!! Horrible way to conduct business!!

I was alittle worried about this website because its new come to find out its great. I ordered 2 purses and 1 pair of sneakers. They look and fit perfect also shipping is free my shipping did take about 3 weeks but I did get updated as time pass. I will be definitely ordering from them again thank you very much.

???Do not buy from this website!??? they will never send you your item and you will never receive a tracking number. I was advised on the OfferUp app to place an order on their website and I was very skeptical at first because there was no reviews on their website and the reviews on here were all bad, and you can clearly tell the 5 star reviews are made by the owner. I ordered on May 23rd and after 2 weeks of only receiving emails saying my item was ‘awaiting fulfillment’ ‘awaiting pickup’ ‘partially shipped’ I knew I was getting the run around so I messaged her on OfferUp to ask if it had been shipped and for a tracking number. After that message I was either blocked from their account or they deleted it. That’s when I knew something wasn’t right. I waited a month and emailed them asking them for a tracking number again. They said it would take 21 days due to delays. I wait another week and asked again but this time saying I would need a refund if I didn’t receive my item in a week. They said they would look up my order. Never got back to me, so I finally asked for a refund and told them I would be reporting them to the BBB. That’s when the emails started getting disrespectful and rude, and from the comments on here from the owner responding back to peoples reviews it shows that they are very unprofessional. They said I needed to contact my bank to get a refund because they wouldn’t issue me one until my bank contacted them. (And my bank did dispute the charge for me and gave me my money back, not them) They also told me it takes 21+ days to ship and that my item hadn't even been shipped yet and it’s been over a month. But before in the first message I sent them it was 21 days to ship, now it’s 21+ days to ship. This company and its owner do not respect customers. Please do not order from them because you will never see a tracking number and never receive your item(s). If the owner is reading this comment which I’m sure she will and reply back: use some manners and respect when talking to customers who are purchasing items from your website with THEIR hard earned money. They are giving you THEIR business so learn how to run one and talk to customers. I hope everyone receives their money back and let’s their friends and family know never to shop here.

I place my order March 15th and did not receive it till May 16th I asked to ship back the item because there was not as described I sent item back to the address provided by the company PO box 4712 E 2nd St Long Beach, CA 90803.As i reached out to them just yesterday to ask where is my refund the customer service who was helping me had the audacity to say is that the proof of tracking number I sent to her did not exist in other words saying that it was fake and that they never received the order back in within 14 days when I sent it immediately after I received the order. Do not buy from them it's cheap quality and service is definitely bad!!!
