Very unprofessional company. They canceled my appointment 20 minutes before. I recently just got surgery and they also canceled my other appointments i made three weeks ago since it wasn’t an evaluation appointment. They would not accommodate me due to their mistakes and now i have to scramble and find a new physical therapist because they don’t take accountability or find a slot for me at another time during the week. I would suggest finding a different PT!

I had my first physical therapy appointment scheduled for today. I’m in the car driving over there and I get a call saying that they need to cancel me 25 minutes before my appointment. I explained to them that I’m going out of town and I need to start getting my physical therapy done ASAP. They said no problem we will just reschedule. I said OK wonderful, when? They said a week and a half from today. I said you realize I could have completed three therapy sessions in that week and a half? Youd think that if you cancel on somebody you’d move things around to make it work and not make them wait a week and a half to get in. They said, yeah sorry, that’s the earliest we have very unapologetically. These people clearly do not care about peoples schedules or treating them with respect or making people a priority. I never even got through the front door and already realize I would never want to work with them

So this is my first experience with physical therapy and so I don't have much to compare it to and my first impressions are that the space is a little shady in that the entire facility consist of just two open rooms, one of which is functioning like a gym, whereas the other one I guess would be the massage department however, both of the different functions spill in to both of the different rooms and so there's a very palpable lack of privacy both when you're getting body work done and when you're trying to do the exercises and stretches. Furthermore, I forgot to mention that there is this teeny little Office hallway connector room between the two rooms that I just mentioned and is that room is used for everything and anything under the sun from office work to consultation with your therapist to actual exercises in the random chairs that are supposedly there for people to sit in not do exercises or physical therapy in, but they obviously have limited space and so this is what they decided is the most effective solution to which I Seriously disagree. Second like I said I'm not sure if this is how often is a good therapy places work or if it's just this place but they don't assign you any therapist in particular it's like a shared community of clients and helpers, and the helpers seem to fall into one of three categories, one being the physical therapist that actually does the bodywork and they seem to be the ones with the most knowledge and who make the plans for my daily activities. And then after they're done tearing up my atrophied muscles with deep tissue massage, they switched me over to somebody completely new, who then follows the therapist instructions as to which exercises and stretches to direct me to do. But this system is clearly flawed because I have already been given two different exercises that were supposed to work my abs in support of my lower back pain however, it required me flexing my arm muscle out and, they seem to forget that one of the other reasons for which I'm going to physical therapy is to treat a tear in my right labrum so I think that with my case in particular is a little tricky because I do have multiple body parts that are injured and need working on and so their method is basically to just ask me what part of my body hurts most on the day that I come in and they Taylor a routine around that body part but Because there are multiple injuries in different places on my body and there's multiple people that are monitoring and directing me to do certain exercises and stretches and stuff without a comprehensive knowledge of all of my injuries. I find that it's not only ineffective but also dangerous. I'd do you want to give them credit for being flexible with my schedule given that guy Have chronic migraines that have kept me bedridden for over a decade and are the fundamental cause behind all of the injuries that I am being treated for so even though I try to go three times a week like my doctor prescribed I get Migraines unfortunately I get migraines that keep me Sick in bed all day 2 to 3 times a week and they come on random days and at random times so I have a really hard time keeping any appointment in general which makes creating a new life for myself post chronic illness even that much harder. I haven't given up on them yet though especially because they're right around the corner from where I live and they're covered by Medicare so I feel like I don't have much to lose and I'm crossing my fingers that with time they will develop a flow that keeps me injury, free and healing as much as possible as fast as possible!

I’ve been going to Stay Ready for just over a year now and my therapist John and PTA Jordan are AMAZING! I would recommend them to anyone seeking PT. 5 stars all the way across the board ? Thank you for helping me through my recovery ❤️

This place is awesome. I've worked with two therapists, Andre and Jordan. And both are excellent at what they do. My shoulder pain has been reduced by at least 80%. I've learned so many stretches and exercise to help in my recovery, and am truly grateful. The other thing I want to say about this place. The vibe is so fun and uplifting, which is a gift during these crazy times. The front desk and supporting staff are excellent as well. Can't say enough good stuff about this place. Grateful for Dr. Millstein's recommendation.

I had neck disc replacement surgery in November 2020. I started to come here on the recommendation of a doctor because I needed rehabilitation treatment. All the people working here and the therapists are friendly and try to be helpful. I would highly recommend

Excellent Physical therapist! Everyone there works like a team to help you. The session is about one hour: 20 minutes with the physical therapist massaging and working specific muscles and the rest of the time doing exercises with the assistants. Krzysztof Pakula Was terrific!

Best therapists around they really take the time to help their patients and have a long term goal in place to help you get better and their treatment plans work. They are referred and come highly recommended by the best surgeons around.

I have nothing but great things to say about Stay Ready (Miracle Mile location). I have been going there since September 2020 (about 6 months at the time of this review) and all the physical therapists and aids really care about their patients; making sure their form is correct during exercises and ensuring they are comfortable. They also take the time to explain what they're doing and how (in my case) different parts of the back can affect the hip. I have had Chris, Sean, John, and Karin work on me and they are all incredibly skilled. I have mostly been seeing Karin since our schedules aligned best and she really knew which areas to pay attention to. I initially came for a hip issue which turned out to be more back-related and have made some big improvements since September of last year. It's still a work in progress, but I know I'm a lot better off since going to Stay Ready as opposed to trying to tough it out on my own. I can't recommend them enough. Sadly, I will no longer be going to them in a few weeks since I am moving (and I'm not sure I'll be able to find another location as great as this one!).

Stay Ready team are the best of the best. Not only will they make the insurance process seamless, they are amazing at what they do. All of the therapists that I have seen have changed my life (especially Karin). I used to be afraid of working out because of my injuries, but they educated me so much about proper form and modifications. My general fitness level has increased naturally and my body has never felt better. I always recommend them to anyone who needs physical therapy services! They even offer telehealth, which has been more than amazing during COVID-19 times!

I don't think I need to praise Aman too much - he already is straight up the PT superstar in town. I do want to point out however the professionalism and kindness of his entire team, which seems to have been composed carefully, cherrypicking the bests of the PT arena, resulting in a super friendly team, making the road to recovery as easy and fun as possible. My highest recommendation for these guys!

I shattered my shoulder and had to have emergency surgery. My excellent surgeon, Dr Eric Millstein recommended Stay Ready. He had used them himself after a knee injury. From my very first day I was welcomed by friendly and professional front office staff who explained everything to me on what to expect and how everything worked. They were very thorough. Because of the severity of my injury, I go to PT three times a week. I have two primary Physical Therapists, Karin and Sean. I could go on and on in my praise for them, because they both deserve it. 100% attentive to my specific needs. They take the time to get to know you, assess you, stay completely focused on you and your needs to ensure the best possible results. They don't cause you stress or discomfort. They listen to you! They work with you, guide you, praise you and push you to success. They know what they are doing, are experts in their fields and are committed to your recovery. I feel I am in good hands and have seen the results of their efforts. We talk through the session to keep you at ease and comfortable. My mobility and strength are continuously improving. The assistants I work with directly are all excellent trainers, very friendly and attentive and make sure I fully understand and am doing the specified exercise correctly. Everyone from Aman, the owner to all the front office staff are truly top notch. Even though I am there because of an injury that has caused me grief and pain, the professional staff at Stay Ready are giving me back my body. Because they are all so good at what they do (especially Karin and Sean) I look forward to my sessions. I highly recommend them!

Stay Ready has amazing physical therapy. I’ve only been going there shortly, and they are very professional and have so much with my recovery so far. They right me up homework to do and always answer my questions. I highly recommend using them for any physics therapy needs.

I was in a car accident and had very little relief with any referrals from my attorney. A friend raved about stay ready and I've been going there for about 4 months. I adore Karin and Krzysztof! They genuinely try to get to the bottom of the root of the problem. I've previously been to physical therapists who give you the basic exercises and don't look closely at how to tackle your specific injury. The assistants who work there are so positive and friendly. I'll always refer people to them and continue going until my shoulder is fully healed. I'm so thankful for the progress I've made and hope others can feel the same relief via Krzysztof & Karin. I'm sure everyone's great but those are my people.

Stay Ready is simply the best! I had struggled with low back pain (T4/5) caused by a lifting injury, and had gone to other physical therapy places where I never saw the doctor, only worked with aides, and was left on my own for much of the time. At Stay Ready I was given lots of 1:1 time with the licensed physical therapists, and then worked through movements with an aide who was always watching and helping to refine my movements. I had back surgery in December, and went to Stay Ready for a year following, and am happy to say that I am at 100%. I really loved this place and the people are so kind and wonderful and supportive. Can't recommend enough.
