I can not say enough great things about this business! From the moment we booked it the experience was seamless. I got a phone call right after to verify all info so that we had a smooth process and all would be good to go at time of pick up. A few days before we received verification that all was good, insurance verified and price clarified. We received email instructions on where to go from the airport (exact instructions which were so easy and helpful) got us on the bus to the pick up spot. We met Alex, who drove us to rental location, mind you he pick up our large group of 10 in the van we would be taking so only my husband and I had to get off to sign. We signed, paid, did our walk through and done. In and out in less than 15 min. Van was clean, great condition, we had no issues. Upon return, we did our return walk around and then Alex (who is so amazing, he made us feel like family) drove us and dropped us off at our terminal for our departure. All in all, this is one of the best places to rent from!

Excellent! We rented a 15 seater van for our drive up to Lake Arrowhead for the weekend. The van was clean and new! The people who helped us were kind and helpful. At drop off we were running a bit behind our scheduled time and they were very kind and patient with us. We will definitely be back!

The staff was incredibly friendly. However, my friends felt a bit uncomfortable because they weren't informed in advance that mileage for states other than Nevada and California would be calculated separately, requiring additional payment. Nevertheless, the car was good, and the location was convenient.

We rented a VAN for 9 people trip around California and Nevada. We used it 12 days. It was clean and functioning without a single problem. The customer service is super. Highly recommended.

We had a terrible experience with Alex. We understand that we should have read the small print. But we don't work in this industry and didn't realize that by returning the van less than 2 hours over a 24 hour period we would be charged a whole additional day of $280 dollars. normally when I rent a vehicle, I'm told by the staff verbally when to have it back by. Just like at a hotel, they tell you when check out is. The kicker here that made me feel so ripped off, is this company takes you to the airport for your flight when you bring the van back. So instead of Alex letting me know I had a 1pm cutoff, he instead told me to email him my flight plans and when I plan to bring the vehicle back. So I do that and tell him I will be there by 130 because our flight leaves at 4 and he proceeds to email me back saying that sounds great and to enjoy my vacation. Wouldn't you think common courtesy would be to let me know I would be 30 min past and I would be charged $280 for that half an hour?! He knew it and instead told me to enjoy my vacation. Lack of human decency at its finest. And to think I thought he was a good guy on day one. He even was sweet to NY mom who beat cancer and was taking her kids on this trip to celebrate her retirement and new lease on life. And he knew all of this and still chose to not give us a heads up of what that 30 min would cost us. All this company cares about is greed. His manager called us the next day to see what had happened and when we explained it, instead of giving us a reimbursement, had the nerve to offer us a deal if we ever come back to california and decide to use them again. Are you kidding me?! I will never use this company again. They don't give a crap about the families using their service. They just see a way to sneak in an extra charge and they sweet talk their way right into the extra money. So disappointing.

A very good rental van company with helpful and very friendly staffs the van was clean and smells good unlike other companies I've rented multiple times that smells like tobacco etc. highly recommended ask for Mr. Cruz

This is my first time renting a van that has 12 people capacity. The van is compact enough to fit in all the parking lot and all the drive-through's that I have gone. There is plenty of space for luggage. The price was fair and return and checking out process was seamless. Would definitely recommend this place and I will rent if I travel with large number of people. Customer service was great and friendly as well.

This is a terrible car rental company, cheating customers, and charge money without customer agreement,and also there is fraud on the contract paperwork. I will not rental this company car anymore forever.

We went on vacation to California my family and me a total of 14 people and we could not find a van to rent but I went here and they were amazing so sweet and friendly 100% recommended when we go on vacation again I’m renting from them again thank you for your service and they even gave me a ride back to the airport for free THANKS!!!
