Chris was so helpful. I was in a crunch and needed my business cards printed same day. He explained to me that they can be expedited for a small fee. I was so happy for his help and glad that Staples offered that option. Thanks again Chris you and your team saved the day!

I shipped a package via UPS for Christmas and it came up missing. After 2 days, I noticed that it had never shipped and followed up. I returned to the store and the employee insisted that it was shipped the next day, although UPS confirmed 3 times that the package was not picked up and was not in their possession. UPS also confirmed that their drivers scan the packages when picking up to allow customers to track it on their portal. I initiated an investigation with UPS and reached out to the STAPLES Corporate office. Later in the day, the package "mysteriously" appeared and was shipped to its destination. When the package was delivered the box had been opened and the gifts inside were tampered with. (Pictures attached) I believe the package was stolen and only returned because I initiated an investigation and was seeking legal action. I have a personal account as well as a business account with STAPLES, but will no longer shop in their store or use their shipping services.

Very poor service at this location. There was an older gentleman in the store and did not have any computer knowledge about going over to the self-service printer, putting it on his email, then cropping the picture so that he could make a copy. This was an older man, and it wasn't busy in the store. They were three people in the UPS and in the coffee area that could've easily just made the damn copy for the gentleman. Instead, the gentleman had to interrupt me why I was making my copy at the self service copier. I am just getting sick and tired of these retailers that don't cater to seniors. They just push them aside like they're not important. I did mention this to the manager he didn't really seem that interested, so I doubt if they even get a talking to about this particular incident, I will not be coming back to the staples

The new management at this location is lazy I always come print here ever since the black guy with the glasses took over he doesn’t like to help anyone and has an attitude they need to get the old manager back

Chris the manager of the print department is simply amazing. He was a big help with getting my business cards printed off in time for an event I had. He went above and beyond and was friendly throughout entire process while multitasking and checking in with other customers. This store is lucky to have him! Sam is the manager who went far and beyond to help me today . He had never done what I needed to do. However, as a manager, he figured it out and did my grommets for me. Sam is the picture perfect meaning of a store manager. Always does an extra step for his store. Thank you Sam you made my day today.

Store suppose to open at 8am. It’s now 8:20 and not one associate is here. It’s 5 people in their cars waiting. Very unprofessional. Business owners cannot count on them to be open and shop before their stores open.Update :Store opened at 8:35. Only one person at copy center. Associate Sam was requested by customer to help because it was 8 people in line. He helped clear line.Still a very long wait. I’m never doing a pick up here again. This caused me to be over 30 mins late opening my business. Very very unprofessional.Two healthcare providers were late as well.
