Helpful and assistive staff here. There’s printing and photo copy, as well as Amazon Returns. Very convenient. Wish they had more items but it’s understandable if they have few buyers. Appreciate the discounts :)

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!! I HAVE HAD MY PACKAGE STOLEN FROM THERE, MULTIPLE TIMES. I RECENTLY HAVE MY USPS PACKAGE DISAPPEARED FROM THERE AFTER THEY GAVE ME A RECEIPT THAT PROVED THAT I DROPPED OFF THE PACKAGE BUT THEY NEVER GIVE IT TO USPS. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. I WISH I COULD GAVE THEM LESS THAN 1 STAR.
ALSO I WILL BE SUING THEM FOR MY PACKAGE.

I ordered something for pick up and when I showed up the store was closed. I called the next day they said they just decided to close. The store smells weird too.

Staples is my go to store for all my printing & office needs. My neigborhood store is very clean, neat, & well stocked always, with friendly, helpful employees.

These morons have no clear indication of how to actually get into the store. I walked up to the street-facing side, expecting an entrance. Nope! There was some kind of gym there, and no signage directing me where to go. I walked up the stairs, expecting a street-facing entrance one level up. Nope, no entrance, but there was a sign informing me that the entrance was "in the back of the building." The problem with that explanation is that if I don't know which side is the front, then I can't discern the back, either. Stupid! I walked to the other street-facing side. No entrance there, either, so I called them for directions. I finally got inside, but what an irritating ordeal to walk around like that under the hot afternoon sun. The decision makers for this store are idiots.

I went to print using my computer, but it didn't print. It's ridiculous that the staff doesn't understand properly and tells the machine to pay by card and do pre-authorization. I don't have the will to work

The parking for this establishment is in the back. You'll have to drive through the Walgreens parking lot in order to get to the front entrance. Staff is nice and helpful.

I had bought Emerge Vortex chair here and I also purchased the protection plan for 3 years , I really liked the chair but it was peeling off , I called the Asurion protection and they helped me get a refund they send me an electronic email gift the two ppl I had spoke with were very great with there customer service ! :)
I had gone yesterday but since I had to wait for my electronic gift card I wanted to buy another chair I had called this staples to check if they still had anymore and I spoke with this lady named MAY she was very AWESOME she helped me to hold the chair for one day I really appreciate her help very generous lady !! STAPLES you guys have an outstanding employee !!!
I picked up my chair today ! she was also explaining me about the staples app I appreciate your help and patience MAY !

The printing machines here overcharged me nearly 10 dollars for what should have been a dollar print job. They said they initiated a refund but I have yet to see the money back in my account.
