They’re awesome. They weren’t able to cut a pork knuckle so I can make the Germany recipe Schweinshaxe. They also carry the hard to find Malden salt.

My wife and I have been looking for a great Butcher in the Los Angeles area. We saw that STANDINGS had great reviews and so we decided to purchase some ground sausage for a special occasion from there and found it very well priced. They filled our order almost immediately and sent it on its way for delivery. Kelly gave us a call and she was such a joy to speak with and she gave us some extra sausage to try since it was our first time at STANDINGS. We will definitely be ordering from here regularly!

Simply the best. Sells only pasture-raised animals, so you know they had a good life before getting on your plate. They are happy to get any cut ready for you (call in advance if you need something specific—they can get busy), everyone is nice, and they even remember your name when you’re a regular. I love my local butcher more than anything. They’ve really become an important part of my life, routine, and dinner time. Jered’s memory is a blessing, and the awesome folks who took over the shop are no less skilled and dedicated. Love you!!

This place is Fire. We stopped here one weekend and I am impressed with Standings Butchery. They have fresh cut meats from different parts of the world. The market will cook you food standing up if you are hungry and want to purchase . Lots of butchered meats and raw meats here ready to buy. You can also purchase other foods cooked and fresh or wrapped. Beef, Pork Chicken. Nice staff and food good . I will becoming back.

I've become a lifelong customer in the past year. Super knowledgeable staff, discounts for no reason, bending over backwards to help me out. I can't say I've ever had service like this at a butcher.

I was in that store for the first time, and I was very satisfied - the food was fresh, the selection of products was large, I even found Lithuanian chocolate {I'm Lithuanian}. European atmosphere. The service was polite. Good luck with your business.
