Standing's Butchery is simply the best and an exceptional local butcher. The shop sells only pasture-raised animals and fresh cut meats from different parts of the world, including hard to find items. They are happy to get any cut ready, though calling in advance is recommended. The staff is awesome, super knowledgeable, nice, and provides exceptional service, often remembering regulars. They are known for bending over backwards to help, offering discounts, and filling orders almost immediately. The market also offers lots of butchered and raw meats, as well as other cooked foods to purchase. Customers love the grass-fed picahna steak and find the offerings very well priced. This butchery has become an important part of the community, with many becoming lifelong customers who will definitely be ordering regularly.

Best butcher in LA! They have a great selection but if don’t have what you’re looking for are always down for custom orders (like English bangers I recently asked for)!
