Easily the worst service I've ever encountered. Employees will not acknowledge you, not when you enter, not while you're browsing, and (unsurprisingly) not when you leave. Obviously, incredibly off putting energy to the place. Hilarious that they think they're gods gift to man, typical LA transplants working here. Lots of other great vintage spots in town actually worth checking out!

Great clothes, great prices and love the way it’s organized. I was able to find 27” pants which is a tough thing to find!

Great selection of vintage and gently used clothing. Friendly staff. My niece was doing back-to-school shopping while we were visiting LA and found most of her clothes here and for super prices. I'm so happy for the recommendation.

Great selection of clothes for soccer moms! I also commend them for hiring people who are developmentally disabled. Most of the staff seems to have mild cognitive impairment - they are emotionally flat and speak in monosyllables but can be counted on to perform rudimentary tasks like folding clothes and sweeping. I'll be back to buy clothes for my aunt who lives in Boise and loves the Cyndi Lauper style clothes they sell here.

They have a nice selection, cute clothes, but the whole time I was in the store, the entire staff was in the back. No one came up to the front once or greeted any customers. It's a small store and the area in the back is open so you can hear them laughing and gossiping back there. One young male employee actually yelled at the top of his lungs several times saying "what are you on about, what are you on about". I'm quite certain it was a joke but man it was super weird and unprofessional. I don't know who the owner is but they might want to consider some new hires... I don't want to be mean, I would gladly come back and change my review if I knew the experience would be more pleasant.

The staff here is so miserable it’s such a downer engaging with them. When I dropped off my bag to sell everything was cleaned and nicely folded. Picked it up and clothes were wadded into balls, just thrown back into the bag. Leather jackets, silk dresses. So disrespectful. It’s a disappointment this neighborhood shop has to be so terrible.

Decent store but rude staff that clearly don't want to be there! Go to other local vintage stores in LA that deserve the business so much more!

The owner older lady is a Karen.. she has the worst customer service and is a rude old hag.. the store doesn't even have good clothing options. I would rather go to goodwill...never shop here..

should've read the reviews before going - something i immediately noticed was that the security cameras were IN FRONT of the dressing rooms, not only wrong but ILLEGAL!- it's a miracle to find something if you're anything over a size 10 (things are tagged medium or large and fit like a small)- the staff is SO rude and gives off a sort of elitist attitude- i don't care if the store is in "one of the most expensive cities in the world" as one reviewer pointed out, basic human decency should be universal!- even if they had THE BEST customer service ever, the clothing selection is diverse, in poor quality. knitwear is full of pilling, graphics are cracking/peeling, buttons are chipped, random stains on clothing. it's vintage clothing so of course it will probably not be in BRAND NEW condition but if it's on the floor it should be better than this?anyways, i know how much they pride themselves on having a bad reputation cause that's "so cool and edgy " so wish me luck that i make it to their display window!

The spirit of the store is overall unwelcoming and for skinny people only. Staff are rude except Kyle. I can never find pants here and I'm a 31. They might have a few pairs in that size but when you try them on they are obviously like a ~27. I mentioned this to a woman in the back and she gave me attitude and told me to bring my own measuring tape next time. FUN way to shop!

Top notch vintage spot! I bought my first pair of bought loafers from here. You'll find classic styles here and if you love vintage you will be in paradise. Two floors of shoes, jackets, dresses and many more pristine vintage pieces.
